Mr. Guest represented me in Kaufman County criminal court on two different Felony cases and three misdemeanor cases that I was being charged with. Before having him represent me, I had my family contact some other paid attorneys in the area and obtain quotes on what they would charge and what outcome they may be able to provide me with on my cases and after dissatisfaction of their services I was appointed Mr. Robert Guest. Not only was he there at the facility I was incarcerated at to visit me with updates (Atleast once a week) , but he also got me the absolute best possible disposition for my case and kept my family informed on any updates. I was extremely pleased with his services and have since referred a couple friends to contact him for council.

Robert, had a relaxed attitude and approach, which left me uneasy at time, but was able to do his job well and beat my case.

This guy made me feel confident that he knew exactly what he was doing. The day I walked in his office, I was amazed by his confidence in himself. He prepared me for trial and the fee that it would cost. Ultimately he got my case dismissed before trial and told me to keep the trial fee. I was stunned that he was NOT a money hungry lawyer trying to take his clients for every penny. He saved me trial fees which was actually my mortgage payment. I can not thank him enough. Robert was able to get my DWI dropped, without me losing my license! He was able to file for a Motion to Suppress and win the hearing, leading to the dismissal of my case. robert guest is a hatrd working man, tells you what you need to know. well like one week he got me aquited of my possesion charge, like he got a lot of wieght off my shoulders. i would recommend him to everybody is know.

Basically my situation is this; In 2007 I hired Robert Guest in a DWLI case. He helped me plea it down to speeding. I was very happy with his service then. But the part that shows how far he is willing to go for an ex client happened three years later in 2010. I am a soldier stationed overseas, about to finish up my army contract. In preparation for my upcoming civilian life I began sending resumes to prospective police departments. I received a phone call from one of the departments informing me that I was not eligible for hire because I had been convicted of Driving While License Invalid. The court had mis-entered my paperwork. 3 years after hiring Mr. Guest he immediately went to the court house and got them to fix my records. With most lawyers its hard to get a phone call returned, much less immediate action.

I had came to Mr. Robert Guest back in October of 2008, with a criminal case that had been filed against me. And i asked Robert to please help me beat this case. And he assured me that it will nto be a problem and that he can have the case dismissed as long as i pay the fees that were owed. So i tried to gather the money as soon as i could but i found my self losing my faith and almost gave up. But Robert Guest still hung in there and kept his word. He was dedicated and kept me informed on everything that had been going on through the whole process. And i am truly grateful to have him represent me as his client. I had broken my agreement the first time and instead of Mr. Guest turnign his back on me and letting me get the punishment that i had coming and still fought it out until the end. I have been working with Robert Guest who has been assisting me doing some pro bono legal research. Robet graciously gave me some of his time to research an old case. Was very much appreciated and this proves that there is more to Robert Guest than just "the bottom line".

Very helpful, even with what I'm sure were stupid questions. Handled the case quickly and efficiently.

The cases (26) Robert took charge of most of these cases and advised on all. He was knowledgeable about the law, communication was understandable and informative at all times. Robert was responsive. You never had to wonder if he was there for you! He was always either there or a step ahead of you. Mr. Guest personally answered the phone when I called. He talked to me about my case before I paid him any money and gave me information about how the court system worked. He knew alot about our case and even talked to me on the weekend since we were so nervous. I have recommended him to my friend who also liked to talk to a lawyer before they meet him. He is patient and courteous when discussing and explaining my options. We believe that he is the best lawyer in Kaufman County.

I had a problem with a small town cop who decided that whenever he saw my car I must be drunk. Two DWIs in 2 months, and I was basically screwed. Considering I'd never had anything more than a traffic ticket, I was pretty ignorant of the entire process.
Not only did Robert keep me informed every step of the way, but I was found not guilty and never even had a second thought that I was in any danger of being prosecuted.
