Raised in Texas, Jose earned degrees in psychology and political science from Texas Tech University before obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University in 2009. His diverse legal background includes service at the Dallas City Attorney’s Office, Dallas District Attorney’s Office, and Dallas County Public Defender’s Office. In 2010, he opened his private practice in Plano and, since 2018, has been a senior associate at Guest & Gray, focusing largely on misdemeanor and felony defense cases. Good attorney
I went through 3 lawyers. Noriega was the only honest good one. Did a good job for what I paid him. Would recommend him.

Good lawyer
Hired him when he worked in Dallas. He was straightforward and honest. I would hire him again. Helped my wife. I am no fan of lawyers, but Noriega was okay.
