Communication and follow-through were inconsistent, and I encountered what I wou...ld describe as a reckless disregard for fair billing practices. When I raised concerns and requested to move my case to another attorney within the firm, my request was denied — and shortly after, the firm withdrew representation after draining nearly double the original retainer. I would highly recommend seeking other representation, especially for fathers navigating custody disputes. In my opinion, this firm operates more for personal enrichment than as an advocate for your parental rights.

I have been in a high conflict custody case for 14 years now. I have had to hire multiple lawyers throughout the years and Holly Draper far exceeds any attorney I have ever hired or experienced.
