Absolute BEST License Revocation Lawyer
Absolutely recommend Larry and his team! He won my drivers license hearing when the arresting officer failed to appear. Despite her failure to appear, he was absolutely prepared to fight for my license. Thanks Larry!

BEYOND knowledgeable and capable in Texas ALR hearings
Larry Boyd was referred to me by another specialist in this field, and boy was he God sent. He was able to meticulously sift through the details of my particular ALR hearing case material, and ultimately able to save my license WITHOUT suspension and/or restrictions! Would highly recommend him to anyone under the sun with a DWI/DUI case, go to Larry FIRST and nowhere else.

Team player and Straight Shooter
Lawrence was someone that was recommended to me so I sought his advice. After meeting with Larry and several other candidates in the area, it became clear that he was the best option for me. Larry quickly took on an advisement roll throughout the process to give me accurate information about how the case might unfold given my circumstances. it was also apparent that he took time and effort to review the case thoroughly and ultimately because of that, he garnered a better outcome than expected.

ALR Attorney
Larry Boyd did a fantastic job preparing for my ALR hearing. So much so, I believe that his preparation scared off the arresting officer from showing up. I ended up winning the hearing and more importantly keeping my drivers license. Larry is extremely knowledgeable about the law and an expert on ALR hearings. I am so thankful he was on my team. This man is the best in his field.

THE attorney for ALR
I contacted Larry upon reference from my trial lawyer. My previous lawyer totally messed the paperwork and if not for Larry I would be sitting on a suspended license. Without doubt his command on the legal knowledge for DWI is phenomenal. He had my very difficult high BAC case dismissed and I am more than happy that I could retain my license and avoid the hassles of an occupational license. He is very communicative and always available to discuss. Thank you Larry.

DUI
received a DUI in Missouri. Was sentenced, did my classes and my alcohol monitoring for Missouri. I was notified by state of Texas they were going to take my license in Texas. Larry knew the case law and won the case. Larry knows most of the collin county judges, prosecutors, and had us prepared and we won.

DUI Related Drivers License Suspension Representation
Larry Boyd was referred to me by a very knowledgeable source within the legal profession for the purpose of providing representation at a legal hearing related to license suspension resulting from refusing a breath test. Hiring him was the best decision I could have made. He did exactly what anyone in my position would hope for & guided me through the process providing counsel that clearly placed my interests in first place, even when his own financial interest / ability to increase his personal earnings from this matter, were at stake. With his advice I was able to navigate the process of obtaining an occupational license, keep my job, & at a much lower total cost than would have otherwise been possible if I had hired a different attorney.

Fantastic Atty for DUI/DWI!
Larry Boyd is a spectacular lawyer. I had my license suspended for a DUI. I met with him yesterday and he was able to get me a judge's order today! He is very easy to speak with and specializes in DUI/DWI. This was a first time event for me with any legal involvement. He was kind, encouraging and very informative. I recommend him highly.

Best ALR hearing lawyer ever
I hired Mr. Boyd for ALR hearing based on advice of my lawyer handling DWI case. This was the best decision I ever made! His hard and diligent work resulted in dismissal of license revocation! Mr. Boyd was highly professional, attentive to details and created a very successful plan to help me. It was a pleasure working with him - he always answered all my questions and he worked harder than anyone can expect from any lawyer. He worked with DPS lawyers and was able to convince them to dismiss the case favorably presenting all the facts. I highly recommend Mr. Boyd as absolutely the best lawyer in this field!

D.W.I. Administrative License Revocation Hearing
I will try to be brief however the amount of time & effort Mr. Boyd spent was not as i could tell he truelly had my best interest in mind & my desired outcome (not necessarily his, mine). He took alot of time explaining the Best Defense Strategy regarding every D.W.I. but yet, He did not allow that to change the fact my desired outcome (for now anyway) waa focused SOLELY ON MAINTAINING A DRIVERS LICENSE & not just for work either. In an unprecedented & virtually unheard of (due to an unexpected twist in the case) Mr. Boyd actually asked Me to join him for another consultation to "catch up on case events" so he could be "better prepared for our A.L.R. hearing." I came into his office TO PAY HIM FOR HIS ANTICIPATED REPRESENTATION COMING UP IN ONLY A WEEK OR SO! As before, he spent NO TIME LOOKING AT THE CLOCK, HE SIMPLY WANTED ANSWERS SO THAT HE KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT without court room nor last minute suprises. It has been my past experience when Lawyers want to "meet with you for an hour" that means exactly that "meet with you for an hour to go over your case than its "oh look at the time, an hour is up, i have other clients, wrap it up, good bye" (especially on an "initial free consultation) - I however, definitely NEVER GOT THAT VIBE NOR FEELING FROM MR.BOYD! in fact, i got just the opposite... That being " We will take however long it takes to adress my problems until WE FEEL WE HAVE FORMED THE BEST PLAN FOR A LINE OF DEFENSE FAVORABLE & DESIRED BY DEFENSE! MR.Boyd listened intensly & asked very pointed & detailed questions to help Me form the defense I wanted to achieve My Goals while understandingly giving me the pitfals of being "off the retuin beaten path." Although his angles were tried & true, i felt mine were better...this never means don't trust your LAWYER no matter whom you choose, please do trust your LAWYER. I just felt this case unique - even though Mr.Boyd made it Clear & Educated Me on in his opinion a "better way & WHY!" ALL OF WHICH WAS TAKEN BY ME IN STRONG CONSIDERATION! eventually, our 1 hour initial consultation was 1 & 1/2 hours...He made it clear to me if he could have properly conducted it in 15 minutes, it would have been 15 & 30 would have been 30. It was not about time as much as it was about PROPER REPRESENTATION & understanding combined with reasonable expectations from BOTH HIM TO ME & ME TO HIM! When I came back on that day to pay Mr. Boyd, He asked Me to come into his office BEFORE I PAID & ACTUALLY HIRED HIM & "GP OVER IT ALL". AN HOUR LATER, HE RETURNED MY MONEY & EXPLAINED MINE WAS A UNIQUE SITUATION & HAVING GONE DOWN THE PATH CHOSEN SO FAR WOULD ONLY "upright the Ship" & "Probably NOT RESULT IN MY DESIRED OUTCOME" MR.BOYD WAS NOT OUT FOR THE MONEY! HE IS OUT TO ACTUALLY HELP PEOPLE LIKE ME ! MR.BOYD FELT HE COULD ONLY HELP ME BEST BY NOT DOING ANYTHING AT ALL & JUST LET ME KEEP THROWING MONKEY WRENCHES IN THIS MESSED UP CASE AT HAND. Mr.Boyd was fearful it had gotten so goofed up he would actually be hurting his client instead of helping & he recommended i continue the path in my own & see...something i never heard of before, an Attorney that cares more about his client than he does getting paid! To my SUPRISE, ATTORNEY BOYD showed up as an observor in his own time & money...not to his suprise was winning the A.L.R. hearing because like ATTORNEY Lawarance Boyd said, it was a mess & a lawyer would only fix the mess & probably result in an unfavorable end for his client...This guy is great! Don't shop around, just go see Boyd, he will tell you straight up the Truth about what he thinks your success & failures + strength & weeknesses are & MORE IMPORTANTLY HE WILL EXPLAIN YOUR OPTIONS IN HIS VERY BEST UNBIASED OPINION & see if he can help you! If he feels he can't or you should go somewhere else, Mr. Boyd will tell you that too....HEY EVERYONE, THIS LAWYER IS NOT OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY MR.BOYD IS ACTUALLY OUT TO HELP PEOPLE & not just goals he thinks are in your best interest but 1's you want

Hire Lawrence Boyd
A very prominent criminal attorney referred me to Lawrence Boyd for my ALR hearing. The criminal case and the ALR hearing are independent, but the outcome/findings of the ALR hearing can be leveraged for your criminal case. I strongly recommend hiring the best criminal attorney and Lawrence Boyd for your ALR hearing if you want a strong possibility of both best possible outcomes. Lawrence literally wrote the book on ALR hearings, and it is used by many prosecuting and defending attorneys as a reference when arguing their cases. If you Google Lawrence Boyd, you will find his publications and training aids that may likely be used by the prosecution if an effort to suspend your driver's license. Lawrence will likely not be surprised by the prosecution's tactics, since they likely learned their tactics from him. Using Lawrence to counter act the methods of the prosecution is likely your best defense to winning your ALR hearing. Lawrence is a consummate, dedicated professional who seeks the facts to provide the best possible outcome for your ALR hearing. He will not sugar coat his opinion of your possible outcome. Lawrence inspected the evidence I was able to collect and pass to him. He then told me additional evidence would be collected at the hearing via testimony. Lawrence subpoenaed the key police officers involved in my arrest and questioned them during my ALR hearing. While I was not present for the ALR hearing, upon Lawrence's request, I know Lawrence leveraged his research, experience, and on the fly thinking during my ALR hearing because he was able to collect responses critical to winning my ALR hearing. Simply put, Lawrence's diligence enabled me to keep my driver's license. If you want the best representation for an ALR hearing, hire Lawrence Boyd as your attorney.

Fantastid job!
We were referred to Larry by another lawyer. At our first meeting, he clearly explained the ALR hearing process, including potential positive and negative outcomes, and he detailed how he would pursue our case. He answered all of our questions and successfully lobbied our case to a successful outcome! Very professional, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Larry Boyd is Great
Larry Boyd did an excellent job in getting an early removal of an Interlock device off of my vehicle. I reached out to Mr. Boyd following a prior DWI conviction and he was instrumental in getting the Interlock device off of my vehicle. I contacted Mr. Boyd on a Friday and met him at the courthouse that following Monday. I got a call from Mr. Boyd the next day saying I was approved to get the device off of my vehicle. Larry acted quick and efficiently in this process. He is very knowledgeable to all matters pertaining to a DWI. I highly recommend Larry Boyd and will continue to do so to family and friends.

Great Attorney and an even better Person
From my initial meeting with Larry he was very knowledgeable and informative regarding my license being suspended. It was my first time being in any type of legal trouble and he was thorough in explaining the process to me and was able to answer all of my questions. He worked very effectively and efficiently in securing a license for me. My work requires me to drive all over Dallas so this was essential for me to go about my everyday business. Overall, Larry is an honest, responsive, and effective attorney. I will highly recommend Larry to family and friends in the future.

Larry is an excellent lawyer
Larry successfully represented me in a hearing to suspend my license this morning. He got the charges dismissed. I was impressed with all of the time that Larry spent with me during the last month, his knowledge of the applicable law, and his skill in convincing the judge to dismiss the charge against me. I highly recommend Larry.

More than a Lawyer
Larry Boyd came as a recommendation to me from two other people he had represented in the past facing DWI charges. Since he came so highly recommended, I decided to make an appointment to consult with him. From the first day that I walked into Larry's office, I got a good vibe from him. He was straight forth, didn't sugar coat anything but at the same time showed true interest in my problem. I went to Larry for legal representation in the case of a 2nd DWI charge and he did something my first Lawyer did not do and that was suggest that I seek some help, either through AA or some type of counseling. If it wasn't for that suggestion, I would not be sober to this day. I was able to talk to Larry on all levels and he never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question or too many questions. He was very informative and thorough. He was timely on court dates and regularly scheduled appointments (never had to wait). On my last day in court and before submitting my plea, Larry had worked out a gem of a deal for me considering that I was looking at charges for a 2nd DWI. He worked with the DA on getting me a deal that wouldn't disrupt my home life with my 12 year old daughter and no disruption of my job, my career, but at the same time the deal would be in my best interest and work out for the long run in my recovery and staying sober. Larry definitely made a difference in my life as my lawyer and as a legal mentor. I would definitely recommend him to any one that needed this type of representation and guidance.
