WOW David is the Man!

Never really trusted lawyers, and I thought they were all a bunch of double talkers, out for themselves...well that is until I met David. He has worked so closely, and so compassionately with my wife and I to help us through a series of civil litigation problems, that he feels like family. My name is David HagEstad, I am a Partner at HagEstad Law Group, PLLC in Surprise, Arizona. My practice is split between estate planning, business and corporate law, and representing plaintiffs and defendants in Real Estate Disputes, Will Contests and Probate. Before and during law school, I was a realtor, licensed in the state of Texas. I attended Dallas Baptist University for my undergrad degree, and graduated in the top-15 of my class at Texas A&M University School of Law. I have a wife and four children and we love to call the Surprise area home. We are active and support our local communities. Excellent Attorney

David helped clear up some real estate and title questions that I had. He was considerate, upbeat, and has a real eye for detail. Hard working, excellent research

I recently consulted with David on a Trust matter. While not his "core" area of expertise, he was diligent, thoughtful and complete in his analysis. I took his advise and have not regretted it one bit. He did a through job, brought me several concepts to be reviewed and aided me in completing the document. Very impressed! Will consult/hire again.
