I am proud to have attended Eastland High, The University of Texas at Austin, and Texas Tech School of Law. I am a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas and Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Finally, I am a Mediator in civil and family matters. 

I am constantly seeking to improve my trial skills and was proud to have been selected to attend the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer College, with some of the finest attorney's in the country. If you are not continually learning and improving, you are going backwards. Common is not acceptable, average is not acceptable. We strive to provide excellent representation. 

Having grown up in Eastland, and practiced in this area for over 15 years, I know the people and the lay of the land. 

We have offices in both Eastland and Breckenridge to better serve our clients. Our practice is a typical small town practice handling a variety of cases, but the majority are of course family, criminal, personal injury and debt collection defense.

Wasn't sure if I actually needed an attorney for my son. Gary and Tiffany took the time to consult with me on the issue. Their compassion and understanding were amazing. They truly seemed to care about my issue. I offered to pay them for their time and they quickly declined and stated that they were just happy that everything turned out good for all involved. Great person, and handled several real estate cases for me in Eastland County, Tx. One was for specific performance of a contract for 250 Acres of ranch land. We were successful in every instance. Will use him again if the occasion occurs.

Gary D. Peak
If you want a lawyer that is going to be straight forward, honest, trust worthy, and inderstanding then Gary D. Peak should be at the top of your list. He helped me and believed in me. He saw something that didn't quite add up and wanted to take my case to the jury. However a few days before I had called Gary in tears. I was so stressed out and overwhelmed I was having a break down. He helped me calm down, he said it's not easy to pull the trigger on making the right choice. He gave me advise. A Real Lawyer

Success in the Courtroom
Mr. Peak gave the most amazing case for me. He did his homework, asked the questions diligently, persuasively , and we were victorious in the courtroom. My grandson's life changed for the better. Humanitarian and Attorney
As a translator for Attorney Gary Peak, I saw the work he did for his clients. He is a respectable and hard working attorney. I even used him for my divorce as a reviewer for my paperwork.
