State v. John Doe

Case Conclusion Date: 01.01.2007

Practice Area: Criminal Defense

Outcome: Not Guilty

Description: (Aggravated Assault/Assault) John’s case was presented to the Grand Jury and was indicted as a misdemeanor Assault instead of the Aggravated felony. Getting rid of the potential felony was a relief, but we still had a battle ahead since there was a lot of blood and injuries. Regardless, it was self-defense, not assault. Although John was a martial artist who broke LiL Richard’s (myspace moniker) jaw in two places, the jury found him Not Guilty of Assault. Hopefully, LiL Richard will lay off the alcohol and drugs next time
