Very happy

Couldn't Be Happier

Jason was appointed to me by a Judge to represent me in a domestic violence case. Even though I had no money to pay him and he was court appointed, Jason took my case very seriously and kept a constant line of communication open. He was very patient with me and always took the time to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. This was my first time going through the legal system and Jason walked me through it and made the process as easy as it could have been. Could not recommend this guy enough.

Very happy

Mr. Van Dyke handled a lawsuit for me recently. He got the case dismissed with haste, and at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for good representation

I was referred to Mr. Van Dyke by a friend who hired him for the same charge. He didn't beat around the bush. After doing a few things he recommended to help prove my innocence, he fought tooth and nail and with the help of an investigator, by a move by him, appointed by the judge, my case ultimately was dismissed. If you get in trouble with a firearm, call him.

Excellent Attorney.

I've used Mr. Van Dyke and his firm on multiple occasions and time after time, I get the same result... A win. This firm is aggressive in the right way, they know their way around the court room, and will fight for their clients. Great job, highly recommended.

Knows how to play his cards just right

I was entering my junior year in college when I was charged with a state felony. I was completely surprised, dismayed and panicking. I had no idea what to expect or how I could even afford legal counsel or representation. I found Jason Van Dyke on a legal forum and contacted him. He went out of his way to meet me in person, took me out to lunch a few times, and informed me of all my options. He was tactful, persistent, and relentless in representing me. He always kept me well informed and in the loop of what was going on. He took my case pro-bono and not only got the felony charge dropped completely but, moreover, got the court to drop the secondary misdemeanor charge they tacked on. Both charges have since been expunged. He has earned another paying client for life! (should the need ever arise) :)

Efficient, Professional, No Nonsense.

Mr. Van Dyke represented me some years back regarding a DUI charge. He was easy to deal with, responsive, and to the point. Mr. Van Dyke managed to have the charges dropped, and the records expunged. I fully recommend his services.

Incredible Results

Jason Van Dyke was appointed to represent me by Collin County for a state jail felony. He is the only court appointed attorney that I have ever worked with that actually did any real work on my case. I am have been to county jail, state jail, and TDC a number of times and Jason was able to show the prosecutor that I was innocent and get the charges dismissed.

Extremely Helpful

Ruthless... but honest.

In my experience Jason is a knowledgeable lawyer who takes the tasks given him quite seriously. I found him to be extremely zealous in the tasks given him, and was perhaps too adept at "cleaning the clock" of those i had hired him to deal with. However, he stays well within his legal bounds and does a good all around job.
