Suing Nexus RV

Ron and team did a wonderful job in representing my wife and in suing Nexus RV, one of the sleaziest RV manufacturers. They were competent, capable, thorough, and professional. We could not have been more pleased with their work.

Successful Resolution

We had a problem with our new RV and brought it back to the dealer for repair multiple times. After the first few, it became clear that they never really attempted to find the root cause but simply did the minimum to get us off their backs. The manufacturer was totally unsympathetic with our situat...ion and kept pointing us back to the dealer. After we found Ron, we were finally listened to and had someone who cared and advocated for us. Ron and his team were incredibly thorough and efficient. He was able to cut through all the red tape and got the manufacturer’s national service manager’s attention. Our problem was subsequently diagnosed and fixed. Ron literally saved us from going crazy. If you are ever in an unfortunate situation like ours, Ron is your man.

Successful motorhome lemon law case

MOTOR HOME LEMMON

I tried to deal with the manufacture of the motor home , and got nowhere , I hired the Burdge law firm. My Burdge team convinced the manufacture they were wrong. The case was settled. I could not got the same results with out them. Special thanks to my Burdge team, Beth Wells, Alana James, and Lind...a Montgomery. All are outstanding. I highly recommend this firm
