Without Jack as my attorney I do not think a settlement would have been possible. I worked for a company that allowed sexual harrassment , retaliation and a hostile work environment exist. Jack had to deal with extremely difficult legal counsel from the company I worked for yet he never backed down. Jack was always open and honest with me. I truly knew he had me best interest at heart and I felt I could completely trust him and his decisions as well as suggestions. Anybody that is looking for top notch legal counsel when facing an EEOC charge I highly recommend Jack Rosenberg!

He was absolutely fantastic. He did a wonderful job facing one of the largest employers in North America.He NEVER backed down and put thir attorney to shame as well as my ex boss. I would definetly reccoment him for anyone that thinks they have a hopeless case. and he will take great care of you. Again he was a bull dog.

I had an extremely complicated unemployment case that I wasn't sure I could win. Jack was able to poin out the strenghs in my case so that we were able to focus on them in my presentation at my unemployment hearing. I won by the way. I was recommended to Jack by another attorney. From the first time that I meet Jack and through the whole ugly ordeal I felt reassured by him. I felt that Jack had my best interest at all times and put my needs and wants first. He would always contact me and ask for my opinion.
