Who needs to say what kind of stress and anxiety employment issues can cause? I got a recommendation for Jack and it wound up being a great recommendation. He was knowledgeable and whatever options that were available to me, Jack knew them. I think I threw a lot of frustration his way. He's a patient guy, an honest guy, (even when it hurts), and a straight shooter. He was very fair and a good guy to have in my corner, fighting for me whether I knew it or not. He helped bring a difficult situation to a good conclusion and peace to an otherwise burnt out and troubled client. It is to the aforementioned that I heartily recommend him in these matters.

I was recently let go from my job and when I filed for unemployment, my request was denied. I contacted Jack and right from the start he was responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I filed an appeal and Jack handled my case professionally well. He was so good that the employer had nothing to say and with that said Jack WON MY CASE!!!!! I highly recommend Jack, he is in it to win it... =)

Jack was well prepared at all times during my unemployment eligibilty case which was to be a tough one as I quit under hostile work conditions. Took 2 hearings and 4 months (due to Department of Labor scheduling), but we won!

During my inquires to appeal my unemployment claim I did a lot of research and found that it was in my best interest to hire an attorney. Out of the hundreds of websites and reviews I read I finally decided on Jack Rosenberg, what I now know what the correct choice. Here are a few reasons:

I had been trying to get a hold of several attorneys during this time and was unable to do so. Jack was the only one who got back to me when he said he would (in Jack's case it was 24hrs as indicated on his voicemail).

Jack was very quick to establish the process I would be going through and what my next step should be. He was usually able to take the hundred or so questions I had in my mind and within 10 minutes break it down to what was really important to our case and help me determine how to proceed.

Jack has been practicing nearly 30 years and his experience shows. He knows who to contact and what questions to ask to get results.

Jack was dedicated to my case. He never once was short with me or mentioned how swamped he was or that he was unable to talk because he was working another case even though I know he was working many. When it was time for my consultation he made sure that it took precedence over everything else. I like that.

Anyway, I could go on all day about the why's, but the above is what was important to me and should be important to whoever is reading this review. Of course, I will also mention another important thing, WE WON. Which is saying something because my case was not easy. Even Jack was worried about some of the variables, but he pulled through in the end.

The case that Jack handled for me was quite a complex endeavor with way to many immaterial outside influences from my former employer (who falsely claimed that i had quit). For example, her husband is a former head judge for Fulton County and a current solicitor for the city of Sandy Springs. I had been fired because my humerus bone was broken by the "SS" Sandy Springs police after being tased 3 times in the back while in handcuffs..(i was not resisting anything BTW). That case has since been dismissed and my record expunged. So, her husband's name had been brought into things. I understood her reasons for letting me go. Though did not understand why she would dispute my claim for unemployment. I hired Jack b/c of my ex-boss's legal muscle. Sure enough, she and her connected husband both showed at the hearing. Jack was not intimidated whatsoever. He had been very thorough w/ his research. I would recommend him to ANYONE. In fact, I did recommend him to another employee that worked with me when he was fired over something much more trivial and had received a dispute notice by GA Unemployment. Jack pulled through for him as well.

Jack took the time to gather and organize sufficient facts to contest my employer's (apparently routine) appeal of award of unemployment benefits. Jack successfully defended my claim for unemployment benefits following a forced resignation. He was able to prove that my former employer had no proof of misconduct, unethical behavior, or any other justifiable grounds for the sudden action taken to intimidate me into resigning. He demonstrated to the GA Department of Labor hearing officer that I had consistently earned outstanding performance reviews and had received approximately 35 industry awards as a senior graphic designer/art director for seven and a half years. He proved that my former employer's claim that I had violated an alleged vendor usage policy had no basis in fact since there was no such policy in effect. He brought to light that the underlying reason for my dismissal appeared to be due to a personal dislike and continuous harassment by the head of the department (my immediate supervisor's boss). This culminated in pressuring me into resigning immediately without a hearing when he was pressured to resolve an issue of a vendor complaint that had been made to the "top." Jack's reputation as a "bulldog" is well deserved and it was a huge relief to have him wage my battle and completely shatter the false claims made by my former employer. I am extremely grateful for this vindication for a major injustice to my career and reputation. It's wonderful to have had truth and Jack on my side--I couldn't have done it without you, Jack!

I used mr. Rosenberg's services two years ago, and the results were far better then I had expected. That's the reason I have recommended him since then when the chance has come up. Jack is professional and highly competent. In 2004, I was referred to Jack by some "heavy hitters" in the unemployment attorney circles and he won the case for my unemployment benefits. In 2009 I was in the position of needing representation again for the unemployment benefits for which I was being denied. Jack represented me for this case and I was confident of another win. When he was finished, the hearing officer ruled in my favor.
