Great attorney. He took my overtime wages dispute case when other lawers told me there was not enough money involved. He kept everything on track and was profesional even when I was not. He also worked with me to negate the need for meetings due to the distance I live from his office.

I recently was in a situation where my former employer did pay any overtime wages. I was given Mr. Rosenberg's name by another attorney whom does not practice employment law. I can say I am so grateful to have had an attorney like Mr. Rosenberg. The reasons I say that is because not only did he do what he said he would, he explained every step of the way we where taking, going to take, and also ones we may have to take. Any decisions I had to make he was right there to answer questions and he was so dedicated to making sure I knew what was going on. Once he went out of town but still made sure that if any changes came about I knew about them immediately. All in all I got the results that I wanted and I would recommend Mr. Rosenberg to anyone.

After six years of faithful, above and beyond the call of duty service in my various positions, my employer wrongly terminated me - falsely accusing me of a "policy violation" and did so without notice. I learned of my termination when I received my Separation of Notice in the mail...on a day I was not scheduled to work.

During the "determination" and "filing for appeal" process, when volumes of papers were arriving with deadlines and requiring actions by me, I had questions that needed quick answers - so I called Mr. Rosenberg.

Mr. Rosenberg promptly and generously assisted me on two calls - cutting through the confusing pages of legal jargon and condensing it to a few sentences, even giving me a phone number and an email address...with a kindly reminder to email, fax AND copy - to cover all bases and have a paper trail. He was a better "ready reference" than the GDOL website!

I received my Notice of Hearing(s) on a Thursday evening and called Mr. Rosenberg on Friday, we spoke Monday morning, met on Monday afternoon and worked well into the even - it was even Halloween (!), in order to prepare for my Hearing(s) the very next day.

Leaving Mr. Rosenberg's office, I felt comfortable that my case was in very competent hands - and I was relaxed enough to sleep...even with so much on the line.

The next day/day of the Hearing(s),Mr. Rosenberg explained everything thoroughly - gave an overview and important instructions, as well as kept me calm and assured throughout the lengthy Hearing process (two hearings, back to back). Who needs to say what kind of stress and anxiety employment issues can cause? I got a recommendation for Jack and it wound up being a great recommendation. Jack was well prepared at all times during my unemployment eligibilty case which was to be a tough one as I quit under hostile work conditions. Took 2 hearings and 4 months (due to Department of Labor scheduling), but we won!

I had been trying to get a hold of several attorneys during this time and was unable to do so. Jack was the only one who got back to me when he said he would (in Jack's case it was 24hrs as indicated on his voicemail).

Jack was very quick to establish the process I would be going through and what my next step should be. He was usually able to take the hundred or so questions I had in my mind and within 10 minutes break it down to what was really important to our case and help me determine how to proceed.

Jack was dedicated to my case. He never once was short with me or mentioned how swamped he was or that he was unable to talk because he was working another case even though I know he was working many. Anyway, I could go on all day about the why's, but the above is what was important to me and should be important to whoever is reading this review. Of course, I will also mention another important thing, WE WON. Which is saying something because my case was not easy. The case that Jack handled for me was quite a complex endeavor with way to many immaterial outside influences from my former employer (who falsely claimed that i had quit). For example, her husband is a former head judge for Fulton County and a current solicitor for the city of Sandy Springs. I had been fired because my humerus bone was broken by the "SS" Sandy Springs police after being tased 3 times in the back while in handcuffs..(i was not resisting anything BTW). That case has since been dismissed and my record expunged. So, her husband's name had been brought into things. I understood her reasons for letting me go. Though did not understand why she would dispute my claim for unemployment. I hired Jack b/c of my ex-boss's legal muscle. Sure enough, she and her connected husband both showed at the hearing. Jack was not intimidated whatsoever. He had been very thorough w/ his research. I would recommend him to ANYONE. In fact, I did recommend him to another employee that worked with me when he was fired over something much more trivial and had received a dispute notice by GA Unemployment. Jack successfully defended my claim for unemployment benefits following a forced resignation.
