One word can't sum up the human being known as Dan DeWoskin. Dan is honest, hard working and caring. An acquaintance referred me to speak with Dan regarding the charges brought against me, 5 in all, with one being for DUI. After speaking with Dan, I knew he was the one I wanted to represent me. He was open and honest from the get go. He tried to keep me as calm as possible under the circumstances surrounding this very stressful time in my life. So many lawyers, charging people to defend DUI's, don't do their homework and just suggest that their clients take the plea. Dan studied the facts and determined that we had a good case. Going to trial is a scary thing and Dan was able to help me keep my calm during the ordeal. When the trial date arrived and Dan began presenting the facts to the jury - he was brilliant ! He realizes that his clients have their dignity on the line and he fights for what is right. The outcome ? ' NOT GUILTY '..... I can't thank Dan enough for putting forth the extra erffort and taking my case to trial.

Dan Dewoskin just represented me in a DUI refusal case that was coupled with narcotic prescription pills found "not in original container" as well as speeding. The DUI-refusal, carried 2 counts, the speeding carried 2 counts, and the pills also carried 2 counts. With a total of 6 criminal charges against me I knew that it looked bad. It looked very bad. Dan took every means necessary to think like a juror, not like an attorney. He never gave up on any portion of this case at any time for any reason. The state refused a plea (even though I wasn't very interested in one) and off to trial we went. Dan was impeccable. Out of the 6 counts I was charged with, I walked out with a $75 speeding ticket, the other 5 charges rendered "NOT GUILTY". I cannot thank Dan enough, he is by far, the best there is. He is worth top dollar and hopefully I will only need to call upon him to help others I know needing the best in legal counsel there is. Thank you DAN!!!!!!!

I have to say that it was great having a lawyer , that could identify with my job while representing me. Sometimes it's hard to find lawyer wil not only represent you but actually believe in your case. Mr. De Woskin and his partner had enough faith in my case that they themselves risked recieving no compensation for my particular case. They also sacrificed some of their fee to ensure that i recieved a fair settlement in my case despite the fact that, the overall settlement was far less than what we were asking for. Im not saying that it is standard for them to do that but , it just shows that there are still some good lawyers out there.

I found Mr. DeWoskin through a very close friend who is also an attorney. He represented my son in a matter that could have been pretty devastating had it gone unchallenged. Mr. Dewoskin and his partner Mr. Pekor both were like hiring the calvary. They wasted no time and if it weren't so serious, would have actually been fun to watch them save the day! I was duly impressed by their professionalism and capabilities.

Dan is the best attorney that I have ever had the honor to know. He was extremely proffesional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He spoke at a level I could understand without speaking down to me. He went above and beyond and I believe that this is the way he is with everyone. I have used him as my attorney as well as testifying in a case where he was defending a client. He is the only attorney that I would use.

I would like anyone reading this to know that Mr, De Woskin has represented me on several occassions and we won each time. He has taken very good care of some dear friends of mine as well. I would trust him with my life I guess. Truly dedicated to his clients. Gives real advice even if bad news is related to it instead of sugar coating or misleading you!!!! My hero!
