Description: Client stopped for speeding and DUI on I-85. Field sobriety evaluations performed. I was able to prove that the police report did not match the video tape and that the officer had made mistakes in the instruction and assessment of field sobriety evaluations. After two (2) days of trial, received verdict of Nott Guilty to DUI.
