Could not ask for a better lawyer!!

Ben Sessions is the only DUI attorney to call!!

If you're charged with a DUI, the only attorney you need to call is Ben Sessions! Over the course of a few years (several years ago) I made some bad decisions which led to my being charged with multiple DUI's. I went through 3 other attorneys prior to being referred to Ben (by another DUI attorney) and I wish I had met him from the beginning. Ben is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and reasonably priced. He believes that a positive attitude and good karma go a long way in helping you, but is also realistic about the pros/cons of your situation. My situation was very tricky with having a previous DUI conviction and the penalty was going to be extremely severe if convicted again. Watching Ben interact with the jury and find multiple issues with State's argument and supporting documentation was mesmerizing. Almost 4.5 years after being arrested, 3 different prosecutors and 3 attorneys later, my charges were reduced to "Reckless with time served" to which I plead NoLo so there's nothing on my record - and I owe it all to Ben!

Ben received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. At the University of Georgia, he was a recipient of the University of Georgia Law School Foundation Scholarship. As an undergraduate, Ben attended Georgia State University, where graduated summa cum laude and he received the James Madison Award.

Ben is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and he is admitted to practice before all State and Superior Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Federal Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Ben is a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL). Mr. Sessions has been named a Contributing Attorney in the State Bar of Georgia's Pro Bono Project.

Could not ask for a better lawyer!!

Mr. Sessions is the best at what he does. He was more than helpful in every way possible. He went far out of his way to take over my case when my lawyer fell ill. Mr. Sessions gets results and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Couldn't ask for a better lawyer!

I traveled to Atlanta for vacation this summer and ran into some trouble with the law in the Chamblee area. I initially contacted a different lawyer who then highly recommended Ben Sessions to me. I retained Ben to represent me in court and that is the best decision I made. Ben is very professional, courteous, honest, and easily reachable throughout the process. He sympathized with my circumstance and worked towards keeping the incident off my record. His confidence in his ability to secure the best outcome in my case was most certainly a reassurance. Ben was able to get my case dismissed with only a few community service hours and an alcohol evaluation. I am very satisfied with his professionalism, reasonable price, and good defense. Best DUI Attorney Ever

I was probably the most nervous and anxious client ever and with good reason.....though this was a first offense misdemeanor DUI in Georgia this would've been more than one from another state in my lifetime, also I wasn't willing to accept a conviction this time for something I wasn't guilty of. Not only did he win my administrative hearing for my license he also won my motions hearing and was able to get evidence and statements suppressed and most importantly he was able to get my DUI dismissed altogether. All I ended up paying was a speeding fine after everything was completed. Ben is definitely the best attorney I feel I could've hired in my case and I highly recommend him.

I strongly recommend Ben Sessions for your DUI case

In February 2015 I was sited for DUI, reckless driving, and other moving violations. I told the Fulton County public defender I was seeking private counsel, and he recommended Ben Sessions. He was very impressed with work he had seen Mr. Sessions perform in the courtroom. I spoke with Ben by phone about the case and we agreed to work together on my case. I was not living in Atlanta at the time, so we had extensive correspondence by phone. He was always good about returning phone calls and keeping me updated on the case, court dates, etc. Fulton County delayed the case for approximately two and half years. Due to this circumstance Mr. Sessions was able to convince the judge to dismiss the case. He was impeccably prepared in the courtroom and did an excellent job in communicating the undue duress the Fulton County delay had caused. I highly recommend Ben Sessions' services if you ever find yourself in a similar, unfortunate situation.

Awesome Lawyer!

The Best Criminal Defense Lawyer

1st And Only

I personally want to thank Ben for what he was able to do for me. After 9 months of court dates and being pushed back by the court again and again. He got me reduced to a reckless, as a first time offender DUI case. It also appeared as though he knew everyone in the court room, as well as the three prosecutors that were assigned to my case over that time. He always picked up the phone and allowed me to ask stupid questions since I was inexperienced in this role. Also, which I do not know if this is normal with attorneys, answered and contacted via text which I appreciated. Again can't say enough about Ben, you want him on your side if you have to confront the courts.

Look no further - Ben is your best bet!

After the shock of receiving a DUI charge, I knew that I needed to get legal representation. After lots of research I knew that Ben would be the best fit for me. Ben is amongst the elite when it comes to DUI defense. Ben responded very quickly to me - and assured me that it would be ok. I felt so horrible about the situation and Ben was there to put me at ease. Ben is a great listener, and very compassionate. After reviewing my case and understanding the importance this charge could have on my job - he knew we had to work hard to get this reduced. Ben was very clear in his communication to me and was very good at communicating all the steps in the process. 2nd DUI and Scared!!!

I was on my 2nd DUI, within 5 yrs...I was going through a lot of family issues, not an excuse. I went to rehab and have been clean and sober for over a year but, became very ill with a rare blood disorder that required chemo treatments. Then received the news...court time, I became so frightened...the night before court, got a text from Ben to call him ASAP! Called him and he informed me that the he and the Solicitor discussed my case and they decided to DROP IT! I was in awe first...then the tears came...I'm so grateful. My first DUI attorney was worthless, Ben is worth every penny and his staff is very passionate and understanding. Ben treats you like family and the first meeting was so personal and I felt really good when I left his office. IF YOU WANT TO WIN...YOU MUST GO WITH BEN!

A class act!

Ben Sessions was impeccable in his representation during my case. He is an exceptional attorney as well as a man of integrity. He made me feel comfortable and helped make a difficult situation more bearable. My DUI case was resolved with no jail time, probation, community service or loss of my license. Excellent Legal Representation and Council

We never plan to end up in a DUI situation, however if you do Ben is your choice for legal representation . I obtained a DUI 3 years ago and came across Ben from reviews and reading various articles which all had strong reviews and talked about his skills and knowledge as a DUI defense lawyer. I was impressed and reached out to Ben for consultation on my case, after the first meeting I knew I would be in good hands with his representation. On my first meeting with Ben he explained that one of the biggest things I would need to do is trust him and have patience as the process could take a long time and it sure did as it took 3 years for my case to be settled however the end result was very satisfactory as Ben got all of my charges dismissed during the Motions hearing. Ben's knowledge of the law is amazing and the way he presented the facts of the case during my Motions hearing showed that he really takes his time out to ensure that as his client he gives you his all to ensure you have a great chance. Ben is also very good at explaining things to you during the process as it can be a long one, but along each step of the way he never hesitates to answer any question or give advice. and keep you updated of the process. Overall Ben is an excellent lawyer and person. I would strongly recommend Ben as legal consul to anyone who needs representation in a DUI matter.

Ethical, honest and brilliant attorney

Ben took over my case after another attorney botched things in city court. He was professional, courteous and, most importantly to me, honest and ethical. His experience in the DUI defense is extensive and he knew the prosecutors, judges, clerks and other attorneys in courtrooms well - they all seemed to genuinely like him as a person and certainly respect his legal representation. He presented a novel argument in my case that resulted in a dismissal. Obviously not every case can be dismissed, but Ben will do his research, think outside the box, and work to get the best result he can for your circumstances. Ben is genuinely a great guy and it doesn't hurt that he's an amazing lawyer/legal mind to boot.

Desired Results

I received my 2nd DUI within ten years in April. I retained the services of Ben Sessions as soon as I researched possible candidates. His fee was fair and completely worth it. In December, I was on trial. A bench trial in Tyrone, Ga. I wish anyone going through this unsettling experience could have seen the way Mr. Sessions attacked every botched procedure the officers performed. It felt as though I had a friend defending me not an attorney. I knew I was going to be okay when I noticed the court clerk getting agitated. Attorney Sessions was relentless with his questions to the arresting officers. I was found not guilty of DUI Alcohol Less Safe. I'm able to maintain my driver's license and get on with my life. At the very least, you owe it to yourself to meet with Ben Sessions and discuss your options. I'm confident you will receive the desired result when you retain the services of Ben Sessions. Best DUI & criminal defense lawyer in GA

I cannot stress how much Ben has changed my life. 6 months ago I was in the middle of moving to a new state, when I caught a DUI charge. I was so worried and stressed out about the the charge coming at a horrible time. Ben came highly recommended by a family member, so I hired him. I can honestly say that he was the best money I have ever spent. Watching him in court was a real treat. He always maintained a calm demeanor and each move he made was highly calculated. Ben is truly one of the good guys. He managed to get my DUI dismissed with a scratch on my record at all. The case could not have gone any better. Highly qualified, professional, honest, confident, humble

I never would have known how great Ben Sessions was if it weren't for my first hired attorney recommending him. I got pulled over 3.5 years ago and was accussed of 4 counts; DUI less safe and per se, failure to maintain lane, and improper passing of an emergency vehicle. My initial attorney was able to get three of the four charges dropped but when I was given an unfair trial in court among many other issues, my attorney recommended Ben Sessions. At my initial meeting with Mr. Sessions, he was understanding, professional, humble, and clear about what he planned to do in my case. After several visits to court, he was able to get the DUI per se charge dismissed. Thanks to Mr. Sessions, I am now free from carrying around the weight of a charge I know would've effected me emotionally and mentally for a long time.
