Eric worked really hard to ensure that every detail and every possible strategy was explored in my DWI case. I was not driving under the influence of alcohol and while most lawyers that I consulted with told me to plead guilty and they would drop the other tickets involved….Eric was the only lawyer that questioned the police authority and asked questions regarding the procedures followed the night of my incident. It was from the initial consultation and his willingness to want to know more information that lead me to make the decision and acquire him as my attorney. I knew I was innocent and while he did not guarantee me any positive results our conversations throughout the case built a trust where I knew he was working on a strategy to win my case. This was the 2nd time I was charged with a DWI. The first time I was charged was 9 years ago when I had first turned 21. Again, I can't reiterate enough how other lawyers articulated a lack of confidence on defending a 2nd DWI. I needed my license for my job so losing my license would have meant me losing everything. In all seriousness he saved my life. My case went on for several months and at one point my financial situation just broke because I had to hire an expert twice because the court messed up our schedule. It was all worth the financial breakdown because Eric was SUCCESSFUL and proved beyond reasonable doubt that I was Innocent. I did not lose my license and ALL CHARGES WERE DROPPED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ERIC MARK…I hope I never have a reason to use him again LOL but if I do ever need a lawyer again this is the first person on my list that I am going to call. Thank you Eric!

Eric Mark is an excellent lawyer. He is a rare breed in that he is compassionate, communicates regularly, is completely un biased, non-judgemental, and treats "your" case like it is his number one priority! I speak from experience. (enough said there!)....... I believe that Eric is the future face of criminal law defense because he treated me with the utmost respect and believed in my honest attempt to do the next right thing. I needed help filing for a k-1 fiance visa. He was very helpful in setting up and guiding us throughout the process. He was prompt in filing any necessary paperwork for us, was able to answer any questions that I or my fiance had (and we had many), and provided essential advice when it was called for.

Since first visit Eric was on top of the situation. I tried to work with couple other lawyers before(they didn't even read my case and already was talking about money), but i choose Eric. And it was a right choice. Since my first visit to his office he was already prepared (he asked me to send everything I have about my case one week before the appointment).

Hiring a lawyer is never easy...you have to do your research...and once you hire him/her, you hope that s/he has your (and the law's) best interest at heart throughout the entire process. Eric represents this type of lawyer and much more. It's not about how many cases s/he wins or about how persuasive s/he can be in the courtroom...for me it was his moral and ethical approach in handling my case, and knowing that this case was as important to him as it was to me. He was persistant, knowledeable, brutally honest, consistent and made himself available at all times. That last aspect alone not only put me at ease, but it also let me know that he was here for me no matter what. So would I recommend him? No doubt about it.

After my husband was in a near fatal motorcycle accident and was cited with three tickets, Eric was right on the scene and ready to take over so that I didn't have to worry about anything but my husband. All notices were responded to in a timely fashion and the final court date went smoothly and without incidence.

To start of I would like to give you a summary of my case.We were under a final order of deportation in our case. This causing us to be detained by Immigration Custody Enforcement (I.C.E.) and sent to a detention facility for over one year. During the duration of our custody in the facility we were on a appealing procedure since the apprehension. With one attorney after another trying to fight our case and in connection trying to find a release, it had become unsuccessful.
Mr. Mark was retained as my attorney right after I renounced representation from my previous attorney. He was able to seek a custody release within a month from immigration by submitting documents, other relevant papers, and certain methods that it took to pursue such release. His approach when dealing with my case was a sum of everything that he done and everyone whom he felt should have been involved. This had been impossible from my other attorneys. It allowed at least for the case to be tried outside instead of been in a detention facility. I recommend Mr. Mark as an attorney because of his professionalism, determination by being persistant to the case, having constant communication with us when needed, and up front with us about any developments of the case to wether if it benefited us or not. In conclusion, I feel this is the type of essential to an attorney one client really looks for.

I was facing 4 felony charges... and I fought the case for 2 yrs with a public defender before contacting Mr. Mark. I learned alot in that 2yrs and am glad I found Mr. Mark... The judge dismissed all but one charge with no jail time. I have fines but not to his fault. He did get the payments reduced and advised me in what I need to do in the future. I will be using him again in 2yrs for having my record exspunged. So needless to say... I was very pleased. He always answered my calls and quite frankly did more in the 2mos he worked on my case than the public defender did in 2yrs. I cant thank him enough and I will use him again in 2yrs !!

Hi my name is Martin,and i had three dwi i was facing 10 years ,lost of license and 180 days in jail. Eric is a Godsend! First of all he was kind and I knew right away that he was genuinlly interested in our case. We had a difficult immigration situatution, but he believed we had a good chance and let us know. Above all, Eric was there for us through the whole process.
