About Harry
Biography
As an immigrant myself, I can relate to my clients on a different level because I have gone through the process with my family. As a child, I saw how difficult it was for my parents to raise three small children in a foreign country. My father's disappointment with attorneys who could not deliver on their promises is a salient memory for me as a child. I remember translating the lawyer's bad news to my father, which made me so sad. As a child, it was this experience that made me want to become an attorney (in my mind a superhero) so I can help my father.
Today, I see my father in all my clients, which gives me the power and persistence to obtain the proper result. Although I wasn't able to help my father as a child, I get so much satisfaction in getting results for my clients even if it means taking the government to federal court to get it done.
I also owe immense gratitude to my wife, Deanna, who was the only person that believed in my dream of becoming an attorney. I decided to go to law school after I was married and had two small children. With my wife's love and inspiration, I was able to achieve my dream. I'm blessed and thankful to have her in my life.

In over two decades of dedicated practice in business immigration law, my reputation has never been tainted by such baseless accusations. You, the first to lash out with malice rather than truth, have taken the coward's path. We declined to take your case initially due to concerns over insufficient documentation for your L1A visa. Yet, you insisted on your qualifications and promised to provide the necessary materials. Despite our repeated warnings and a detailed list of alternatives to address deficiencies, your documents remained inadequate. When USCIS requested the very information we had predicted, you became hostile and uncooperative, leaving us no choice but to withdraw from your case. Our commitment to client success is unwavering, but the quality of any application depends on the cooperation and professionalism of the client. In this case, despite our best efforts, your lack of preparation and refusal to accept responsibility created a situation beyond our control.
