Guy Wade; Dependable, Trustworthy, Knowledgeable

I was hit by a truck on the highway in Jan 2013. After months of dealing with the truck drivers insurance on my own, I finally hired Mr Wade to represent me. He immediately took charge, and explained to me what I needed to do in order to get the claim moving. Throughout the process he answered my ...questions, explained the process, and kept me updated on the status. He gave me realistic expectations, realistic time frames and honest answers. He was diligent and thorough in all dealings with me. I would recommend his services to any of my family or friends that needed his expertise.

Guy Wade/Daryl Derryberry

Guy Wade and his partners did an excellent job representing us. They managed the process over the course of the past 2 years, kept us informed every step of the way, were very thorough, and really did their homework to put us in the best position possible. Their professional competence and realisti...c approach put us at ease in navigating unfamiliar territory. Guy was very good at educating us on positions and issues, and of course giving counsel, yet supported the decisions we made even if it wasn't what he recommended. While we were able to settle our case prior to trial, one of the reasons we chose Guy Wade was we felt comfortable that he could capably take our case all the way through trial if necessary. We would highly recommend Guy Wade and his firm.
