Lease questions

I called with specific questions about a dispute I was having with my landlord over terminating my lease early. Mr Juarez was pleasant and extremely helpful with advice over the phone. I was even given the specific civil code to look up California’s legislation on the issue. Civil code 1951.

I am getting many calls regarding this issue and I fell that if I provide the pertinent California Code regarding warranty of habitability issues, my future customers will be able to get a better service as they will be able to see what I can do for them. International experience...

There are not many lawyers outside big firms (that come with big expenses) you can find that can take a complex, international case in USA to handle. And eventually, to make it work! Manuel is one of those rare diamonds one should have in his/her list for such cases. In my process, he was there to... build the path for his client to get things in order. Even in a hurry situation like that was. Well, no one likes to hurry when you need to make the things right and there's a lot on a table. This means, one need to really be up to the speed with all the details of the process in order to get things done properly and to get success in the case. He had that know-how. He did kept the process in his hands. And yes, we did got all sorted out. Good man!

It was my great pleasure to help this family of a single hard working father and his two high school children. Many times, I am amazed that I get compensated for doing something that I enjoy. I believe that I have made friends with the entire family and I keep track of the two young men as they have already finished high school and are starting their new lives.

Believe in Manuel!

Like any good lawyer, it takes patience and a lot of negotiation to work out deals. I worked with this man on an injury case after having suffered an accident in 10/2012 which left my arms with joint dislocation and nerve damage. Thanks to his medical affiliates and his hard work, I am back to ...my old safe and able to live life with peace in mind.
