She is very knowledgeable in family law She's easy to communicate with Valarie is versatile. She's able to be aggressive or a little more laid back, depending on what you are looking for in an attorney. I was very pleased to have hired her and feel she did an amazing job.

Valarie was hired by us and we greatly appreciated all her work. She ALWAYS had what was in the best of interest for her client and his son. She had answers to questions,and resolved issues at hand. She was willing and able to work out a affordable payment plan that fit our financial situation and that helped greatly also. She was able to have the issues resolved in a "Settlement Conference" keeping it from going to Trial and that was a stress reliever on it's own. I HIGHLY recommend Valarie for any Divorce or family issue's if you want an honest,reliable Attorney that will accomplish what is most valuable, important and reasonable in a case.

After hiring four other attorneys, and becoming extremely frustrated with the judicial system and how things were being handled, I found Mrs. McNeice. I was stunned by her professionalism, knowledge and her ability to fight for what is right. She answers my questions, is to the point and very polite. I hired Mrs. MeNeice to take care of a custody case and an adoption case and if I would have hired her almost two years ago this nightmare would be over by now. Mrs. McNeice stands her ground in the court room. I have to say that the first time that I saw her in the court room, I was extremely impressed. I will recommend Mrs. McNeice to anyone that needs an attorney, I know that she will be my attorney for life!

When we first hired Valarie, we got a bit uneasy after paying her in full then not being able to get ahold of her for a couple weeks. But after finally hearing back from her, we discussed it and she pointed out the facts of it being the busiest holidays of the year amongst other understandable personal reasons, which, therefore, it's gonna take a little more time to meet up & discuss the case than I anticipated. So I then realized that I had overreacted a bit. I just couldn't help but get more nervous as it got closer to court. I should have at least waited till after the next court date before going as far as writing a review before the job was even done; it wasn't fair to her. So to Valarie, I am so sorry about everything. You made some good points & helped me get a better understanding of the situation. Thank you for trying your best & doing everything in your power to help this situation get the best outcome possible. Please forgive me for my mistake

Failed to review evidence from a previous child custody hearing after being told by me that same evidence would be presented in the current hearing, which caused us to be unprepared. Promised me that modification of the child support amount would be included and would be simple since my ex had a job she wasn't reporting. Had myself and my ex fill out the financial affidavits, but never pursued the issue. After we lost the case she said child support modification was not specifically mentioned in the fee agreement (it said "child custody matters" which I thought included support amounts) so she would not be addressing it. It was obvious she was seeking a way to avoid the matter because she must have remembered all of the conversations we had prior to hiring her. I asked why we filled out the financial affidavits then and she ignored the question. As soon as the case was over, she was done with me and treated me like a major inconvenience. She blew the last chance I had at visiting with my daughter by going on vacation and failing to notify myself or the opposing attorney who was waiting for her call to confirm arrangements. It's been 6 months and I still can't get her to file paperwork to remove herself from the case meaning I am unable to file anything. She is a nice and kind woman and I wish it hadn't gone this way, but professionally she is misleading and disorganized.

I hired this attorney due to high marks on this site. I paid the attorney and she never filed the paperwork stating it was all lost in the court. I filed a claim with the state bar of Arizona who has Despard this attorney

She was great with answering & returning calls up until after the first court appearence with her as our lawyer, then we paid her the rest of the money making the full amount she'd asked for paid off and now the dumb broad can't answer or return a single call (even after leaving voicemails every time), message, or email. I'm beginning to wonder if she's even a real lawyer, or just a fraud... I would've rated 0 stars if this site would've let me
