My Highest Recommendation

In a messy divorce between 2 seniors I found this attorney to be most professional while being completely supportive of my cause but still with consideration for my ex-wife. I felt total confidence in this attorney as my representative to the legal system. I was kept informed of all legal activity ...and my attorney was consistently on time with action required from the court. I never felt the least concerned about my legal position with this lady attorney representing me in the courts. V. McNeice has a very disarming demeanor and makes everyone fell at ease while in her office. In court her adversary need be warned. I highly recommend this attorney. G.

2nd Dui super extreme

Knowledgeable and encouraging. Valarie was the third lawyer I talked to about getting legal guidance and the only of the three to calm me down and assure me she would get the best deal possible. She never made any promises or created false hopes but looked into all state law and let me know exactly ...what I was looking at and how it could end in court. She knew the proseceutors and judges and how to communicate with them to achieve the best possible outcome. I didn't recieve what I had hoped but with Valarie I know I got the best plea I could of received and know without a doubt that it would of been much worse without her guidance. She responds to calls and or texts timely and in enough time to calm franticness. She will work with you on payments and doesn't make you feel like another number. She is easy to get along with and makes you feel at ease. I would be confident in contacting her if ever in need of legal help again.

Loyal Attorney

Valarie was hired by us and we greatly appreciated all her work. She ALWAYS had what was in the best of interest for her client and his son. She had answers to questions,and resolved issues at hand. She was willing and able to work out a affordable payment plan that fit our financial situation and th...at helped greatly also. She was able to have the issues resolved in a "Settlement Conference" keeping it from going to Trial and that was a stress reliever on it's own. I HIGHLY recommend Valarie for any Divorce or family issue's if you want an honest,reliable Attorney that will accomplish what is most valuable, important and reasonable in a case.

Valarie is a knowledgeable and affordable attorney in the Prescott area.

Valarie has experiences in the Prescott area. She is familiar with local attorneys and the local legal community. She is very knowledgeable in family law She's easy to communicate with Valarie is versatile. She's able to be aggressive or a little more laid back, depending on what you are looking f...or in an attorney. I was very pleased to have hired her and feel she did an amazing job.
