Biography
When a person has been accused of a crime, their rights and freedom are at stake. I make it my mission to protect their rights, zealously defend them, and put them in a position to move forward in a positive direction at the conclusion of their case.
Successfully handling hundreds of cases, from felony drug and sex offenses to assaults, thefts, and DUIs, I have appeared in more than 20 counties throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I am admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, U.S. District Court to the Middle District of Pennsylvania and all Pennsylvania Courts of Common Pleas.
Helping clients achieve their personal and clearly defined objective is obtained by implementing my strategic approach to every case. I work diligently to understand the circumstances that led to the criminal charge and construct an effective defense. Taking such a personalized approach is key to minimizing—if not eliminating—the consequences of the criminal accusation.
Relevant training and experience outside the courtroom enhances my criminal defense practice. I have served as a faculty member teaching trial advocacy skills to law students at the Widener University School of Law Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP). Additionally, I have received certification as an Instructor in Standard Field Sobriety Testing and as an Evidentiary Breath Test Technician relating to DUI litigation. I also participated in the National Drug Defense Seminar in Houston, Texas.
