Best OWI/Defense Attorney!

I don't even know where to begin. I called David on a holiday weekend and he answered my call immediately. I was distraught and crying and he helped calm me down and took one step at a time before I even hired him! He told me exactly what I needed to do and what steps to take. When the time came, I h...ired him immediately. If you have received an OWI or ANY criminal charge, please do yourself a favor and call David ASAP. He is kind, knowledgeable, quick to respond, thorough, and won't sugar coat anything. I honestly don't know where I would be if I had not hired David. From the bottom of my heart David, thank you SO much for being the best criminal defense attorney in the area!

Incredible and Effective Advocate

I appreciate all that David was able to do for me and how effective he was in the litigation of my case. David was extremely thorough in his work and his explanation to me as to what steps I should take that would benefit me as well as the possible future outcomes of the case. I would recommend him t...o anyone seeking an attorney who will truly represent your best interests.

Need a lawyer look no further

David helped me out extremely! He fought for me the whole time and kept me informed about everything the whole way through. I was never left in the dark about anything. He got me out of a bad place and got me the best offer possible. He also refunded me money that he didn’t not use to help me pay for... fines after the fact! I’d recommend him to anyone that wants a lawyer to actually see the best outcome for his client at the end!

Looking for a lawyer

Best lawyer

Mr.Cmelik got my charge reduced to a simple misdemeanor and saved me from jail. I'm more than happy with his service. He does what he says he will do and always answers his phone and takes the time and effort to explain exactly what's going to happen. I would definitely hire him again.
