I am passionate about reaching the best possible outcome for my clients. Practicing in all areas of family law including child support, custody, and property division, I am both a litigator and a negotiator. While I excel at getting results for clients through settlement, I am prepared to fight diligently for clients in court when necessary. I am committed to helping clients reach the finish line, and utilize my expertise in setting realistic expectations in order to get there.

I am a graduate of College Misericordia, and received my law degree from the Widener University School of Law. As a former Senior Deputy Public Defender with the Dauphin County Public Defender’s Office, I litigated numerous felony cases before both judges and juries. In my practice of family law, I serve clients in York, Dauphin, Cumberland, Adams, and Perry counties.

Best Family Attorney

Tom has been with me for custody battles for many years, and he has always been the best! Grandparent Rights/Custody

Tom represented us through a complex child custody matter concerning grandparents rights. He was excellent is helping us to understand the laws and the rights that applied to us and actions we could take. Happy Dad

Efficient Prenup Process!

Was introduced to Thomas through another attorney at the firm who helped out our family previously with estate planning...and I'm so grateful with how it worked out! Needed assistance with reviewing and finalizing details of a prenuptial agreement. Despite a quick turnaround time needed (around 4 weeks), the entire process was stress-free and incredibly efficient. Thomas was very responsive, straight to the point, and he easily coordinated with my partner's attorney; the other attorney made a comment to us saying how nice it was to work with Thomas. Truly felt like my best interests were at the forefront throughout the redlining process, and as a result we now have an executed agreement that I feel 100% comfortable with. From the beginning Attorney Clark only had my very best interest at heart! He was very thorough in explaining how the process would work. If he felt that I was being too lenient at my detriment, he would freely tell me why I should change that thought process. He was solely focused on me receiving the best interest in this process. Honest, Trustworthy, Candid, and Gets Results!

Tom has been my attorney for years in an extremely complex divorce case, and also continues to represent me for custody issues which arise from time to time. Divorce

After handling most of my divorce on my own, I ran into a snap after the papers were filed. I needed one last signature and couldn't get my ex-spouse to sign. Tom Clark responded to my inquiry immediately; drafted and sent the necessary letter to resolve the issue. I had the signature I needed in less than a week.

Made a difficult process as seamless as possible

Mr. Clark communicated clearly and effectively through email as well as during our phone conferences. He provided guidance on the laws, the system, and what would or would not benefit me. Professional and extremely ‘fierce’

My ex husband filed an ex parte motion (in bad faith) for emergency custody of our son; I needed a fighter to have this overturned!!! Tom worked endlessly to ensure this would happen; never discussing an outcome- only making sure I was prepared- he was fierce in the fight.... we made it happen. He had the order overturned and I regained custody of my son! He’s an amazing attorney and I would never refer family or friends to anyone else!!!
