I based my decision to hire Mr. Norfleet to handle my SSD application on the reviews posted. I was most attracted to the customer service part of the reviews.
From the begining of the application process to the end of the award of the appeal hearing, the entire staff was so friendly, caring, accommedating and sincere. Several times they would even meet me in the parking lot to get papers i was dropping off. It was difficult for me to walk the distance to get inside the office and all i had to do is call them and someone would come to my car to get the papers. Who does that anymore?!
Mr. Norfleet was so thorough and detailed throughout the entire 18 month appeal process. He made the process as easy as it could be during the appeal. At the appeal hearing, he was completely prepared and confident. He certainly eased my fears of the hearing. He advised me what to expect at the hearing and he was right on every count!
My case was settled very quickly (less than three weeks) which is very unsual. I attribute the quick resolution to Mr. Norfleet's thoroughness, preparedness, professionalism, and respect for the court.
I highly recommend Mr. Norfleet to anyone who needs assistance with their social security disability filing!

My daughter and I would like to take this time to say thank you for your help.
When we had a problem and didn't know where to turn, I ask God for guidance and we were sent to Andy Norfleet.
He is a very nice honest straight up person, and a great lawyer. Mr. Norfleet told us exactly what was going to happen from the very beginning. He did not give us false hope, nor did he mislead us on anything.
The day of the hearing he showed so much kindness for my daughter and myself. We felt like he was a good friend instead of our lawyer.
Andy Norfleet you are a blessing.
I made Pennsylvania my home while attending Penn State. During law school, I served as the Executive Director of Dauphin County Pretrial Services and gained a valuable understanding of the economic and health care issues facing families in our communities.
I grew-up in a “blue collar” middle class family. My parents never had the opportunity to go to college, but my father worked hard to provide for us. When he was laid off, it was a struggle to pay bills and put food on the table. My father did not plan on being laid off and we needed help. Today, people find themselves disabled and unable to work—they need help.
That is why I am proud to represent men, women and children seeking disability benefits—proud to help them fight for the benefits that they need. Whether assisting with their initial applications or representing my clients when their application is denied, I want to make sure that they have the best opportunity to secure the benefits that they need to keep going.

Andrew Norfleet's help with my SSDI claim
I really can't thank Andy enough for helping me in a time of great need. After 40 years as a commercial electrician, I was plagued with spinal problem. I underwent several operations to correct these problems, but after the last, I was told there wasn't anything more that could be done to alleviate my pain. The therapy and injections were of no help. At my wits end and with no knowledge of the legal system, I turned to Andy, he interviewed me and laid out the process of obtaining SSDI in concise and easy to understand language. He made it clear to me that there were no guarantees and proceeded to obtain the necessary documents from my surgeries. During this time I had to undergo an emergency colostomy. This of course laid me up for sometime and Andy worked with me, changing appointments for my convenience and continuing work on the claim via e-mails and phone calls. Andy kept me in the loop at all times and my confidence in him only grew. He really cared about my situation and it was a great comfort to me, in these trying times, to have someone in my corner. I can't say enough about his professionalism as a lawyer and his compassion as a human being. Thanks to Andy I am now receiving SSDI and can breath a sigh of relief. I whole heartedly recommend Andy Norfleet to anyone in need of a Social Security lawyer.

not a good family court lawyer
I would not recommend this lawyer for family court issues he is not very knowledgeable and do not have authority over the case he had with me, pretty much andrew is like a public defender when it comes to custody and family court cases , but if your looking for a social security and trip and fall lawyer, he was told to be good.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
