Personable, smart attorney

Attorney Enochs is a great employment and family law attorney. I've personally worked with him for a number of clients with mutual interests and every time I hear how smart, driven, and compassionate he is. I would recommend him every time.

Committed and Knowledgable

I would hire Mr. Enochs again in a second. He took an interest in my cases and dedicated himself to resolving them promptly. He is a no nonsense kind of attorney, and I could immediately tell he cared about my case and was very supportive and accommodating. Most attorneys wouldn't have touched my ...cases, but Mr. Enochs handled them with integrity and was extremely knowledgable I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful and well-rounded attorney.

A difficult case of wrongful termination

After being turned away by several attorneys for what my husband felt was wrongful termination we met with Randy Enochs. Because my husband was an "at will" employee our chances were not good. Randy reminded us of this but never discouraged us. He took the time to go through everything we had collect...ed in my husbands defense and explained our strengths and weaknesses. Prior to meeting with him we had been on the edge of giving up. Randy's knowledge and compassion drove us forward. Anytime we had a question or needed something explained in a way we could understand he was available. We were able to reach a settlement agreement we are happy with because of his persistence. We would recommend him to anyone who needs an awesome employment attorney.

Helped Me Win A Case Most People Don't Win

I hired Randy Enochs as my lawyer for an unemployment over-payment and concealment case. From what I previously learned about these cases was that it was common for the concealment charges to be removed but as a penalty it was very rare for the state to re-calculate over-payment leaving you to pay ba...ck the entire amount of unemployment wages you were given by the state. In my case it was thousands of dollars that I did not have. Randy was able to help me win all cases in this matter and it was decided that I did not purposely conceal and the state actually recalculated all over-payment charges saving me over $8,000 in the penalties the state had declared I owed for concealment. He is very professional and puts undivided attention and time into learning all about your case to prepare both you and himself for the actual court date. I could not be happier with my decision to have Randy represent me and I would recommend him to anyone dealing with similar cases or any case for that matter.

Best Employment Lawyer in Milwaukee

Luckily for me, I discovered Mr. Randy Enochs. I am so glad I was able to work with him as he was able to provide/is still providing me with his professional legal services. He was able to get an Unemployment Appeal overturned! We are still in process with my other Employment legal matter which we... feel good about. Randy is very fair with everything he does. I highly recommend working with Randy.
