Attorney David Zoeller has a passion for representing workers, and is an experienced litigator who will fight for your wages and benefits. David Zoeller - A Reliable Lawyer that gets the work done
David has been outstanding when it comes to Competency and Accuracy. He was able to focus on the elements of my case that he knew could be pursed and achieved. When he heard of my case he immediately asked me several questions that allowed him to develop a very successful outcome. He called me even when some time would pass, just to let me know he was there for me. The confidence in his profession will make you feel reassured he will get the job done.

David Zoeller is a credit to his profession. I will recommend him whenever the opportunity arrises.
David was amazing to work with. We had started with another firm, and after months of slow or no response from our lawyer yet a constant stream of bills, we knew it was time to look elsewhere. David is an expert in employment law and after reviewing our case, came up with an approach we hadn't explored. I credit his creative thinking and diligence with ultimately settling our case favorably. He kept us in the loop every step of the way - even if nothing was going on, just to let us know that he hadn't forgotten about us. We always got a quick response if we had to leave a message and he emailed during non-business hours. In addition to being very professional, he exercised a high degree of compassion. I never once felt like I was just a client. I felt like David took a vested interest in my case and truly workied in my best interests.
