My experience with Sean was incredibly consistent with the individuals who have written negative reviews here, leading me to question the validity of the positive reviews. Sean was totally unresponsive causing significant opportunity costs to me -- perhaps he has simply taken on way too many clients.... More troubling, the contract he wrote for me was boiler plate. When his lack of responsiveness forced me to seek other counsel, the new attorney looked at the contract and tore it up, describing it as well, incompetent. The new contract was like night and day. My suggestion would be to look elsewhere.

Sean Serpe handled my bankruptcy case about 5 years ago. He took a stressful,confusing and painful situation and made it tolerable,understandable and gave me the confidence that things would be OK. He took his time to explain anything that I didn't understand. He returned my calls promptly. He kept... me apprised of everything that was going on. When problems arose he was very quick to straighten it out or get the information needed to tell me how to correct the unforeseen issue. Bankruptcy can be intimidating but he made it less so and a lot less mysterious. I have the utmost respect and confidence in the attorney.
