The first thing David will tell you is to never rush into a bankruptcy petition. His team will guide you through the steps you need to take to construct the six-month look back period prior to filing the petition for a successful Chapter 7 case. He is always available via email and Zoom meetings upon request. Be wary of other lawyers who advertise legal fees of $1500 and under. The last thing you want is to turn your Chapter 7 case into a Chapter 13 due to lack of good counseling, guidance, or diligence. David’s law firm does charge a little bit more than those other firms, but his team will stick with you to the end and never simply give up.
