Hired this person to represent me for a loan modification. Assured me that he had the knowledge and the experience to win. Never responded to phone calls. Could not answer questions clearly about documents sent to me. Never told me that I had been foreclosed on in another state (North Carolina) -... a state I've never set foot in. Documents missing in County Court files. Took months off for what he claimed were "mental health " issues and handed me off to a colleague who immediately started asking for more money. Am facing imminent foreclosure as the Courts and the Banks are basing my case solely on information and documentation prepared by Mr. Serpe. Have hired a second attorney to try and unravel the mess, Don't ever hire Mr. Serpe for legal representation.

HIRED FOR LOAN MOD. IN 2010 WHICH TO THIS DATE HE HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING FOR US. UNRELIABLE, DISHONEST ATTORNEY . TOOK RETAINER AND DOCS AND TOOK OFF. DOES NOT FOLLOW UP WITH ANYTHING..MANY EXCUSES AS TO WHY HE HAS LOST CONTACT. LATEST EXCUSE IS HIS HEALTH ISSUES WHICH IS NOT MY PROBLEM, BUT ITS AMAZ...ING HES WELL ENOUGH TO COLLECT RETAINERS FROM POTENTIAL CLIENTS. DONE WITH EXCUSES. I BELIEVE IN KARMA, AND IT WILL CATCH UP TO HIM!!

When I read the good reviews for Sean Serpe, I would have agreed when I first hired him. However, he has left me in the lurch, never did get me a modification as he swore he would do, took my $3000.00 and I have nothing to show for it except another year of unpaid mortgage bills and inching closer t...o foreclosure. I have an ulcer and he is gone with the wind.

I never in my life thought I would find myself in this position to have to go to see an attorney over finances. I have a great job for many years and amazing credit and always paid my bills on time --but then I got ill. I thought my health insurance would cover everything but it didn’t and then th...e bills started coming in I had to make decisions as to whether to pay my doctor bills, so I could continue going to see specialists or my credit card bills. it became over whelming all the hospital, medicine, tests and doctors. I was so scared to go - not sure what it would be like I never went to see a lawyer before. I was so shocked when I went into Mr. Serpe's office – I was greeted with kindness from the beginning. and then I meet Mr. Serpe, his warm smile and hand shake I knew I was In the right place . we sat down and talked and he made me feel so comfortable like he was a an old friend or family member- I really feel like he cares about me and what happens to me. He has explained to me in terms that I can understand as to what would happen and assured me that he is there for me and that he is going to do the worrying for me. But like every kind of office or company it takes more than one person and I have to tell you his entire staff takes after him Every person that I have met or spoken to from his office as only been kind and understanding to me- and they are understanding as to how scared and nerves a person is under these circumstances. There are not words I can say to express how much I appreciate everything Mr. Serpe and his associates have done for me. I now sleep at night not worrying. he is not only kind but smart and knows how to handle everything in a professional but kind manner. I would recommend his office to anyone looking for smart -sharp Lawyer.
