I had a difficult chapter 7 two and a half years ago. Sean was able to get all of my unsecured debt discharged and allow me to keep two properties! Not an easy task. He also counseled me to buy a modest, dependable car while I could still qualify for the loan, so I would have something to drive un...til my credit got back on its feet. Good advice indeed, as I wound up becoming a realtor outside of the city, and would have been dead in the water without a good car. I am very sorry to read about his health problems. I don't know what he has been going through, but it must have been very serious if it affected his work. I know that he does his job with heart and a desire to truly help people.
