Negative across the board

My experience with Sean was incredibly consistent with the individuals who have written negative reviews here, leading me to question the validity of the positive reviews. Sean was totally unresponsive causing significant opportunity costs to me -- perhaps he has simply taken on way too many clients.... More troubling, the contract he wrote for me was boiler plate. When his lack of responsiveness forced me to seek other counsel, the new attorney looked at the contract and tore it up, describing it as well, incompetent. The new contract was like night and day. My suggestion would be to look elsewhere.

Same as prior response. It's a bit unfair though my office got the work done and did a lot of upfront work here for this client. As far as his lawyers description of incompetent I would be happy to talk to him about his opinion. My real estate contract is standard and was actually accepted by buyer's counsel in this deal. The opportunity costs also is exaggerated. I stand by my work, and refunded this clients retainer.
