i had to file bankruptcy to stop sale of my house. sean went out of his way to do this for me. as a matter of fact, he had to file a few times for me to stop the sales. i never finished the bankruptcy as i have been a hard self employed worker for over 30 yrs and cant bring myself to do it. the bank ...SCREWED up many times, so many mistakes they made, that sean filed a lawsuit against them. sean is also a civil rights lawyer. i stand by sean, as i say to him many times....."my life is your hands". i was able to get a personal friendship with him. he treated me as a friend, not a piece of paper in his files. i also understand sean has had some health, personal issues (as we are have had), and has told me he is back with a vengeance. i trust his knowledge and his ability to do whats right for me. only drawback is he is very hard to get a hold of and we play phone tag alot sean, i see you read these from time to time........please get a hold of me.......gene

I never in my life thought I would find myself in this position to have to go to see an attorney over finances. He has explained to me in terms that I can understand as to what would happen and assured me that he is there for me and that he is going to do the worrying for me. But like every kind of office or company it takes more than one person and I have to tell you his entire staff takes after him Every person that I have met or spoken to from his office as only been kind and understanding to me- and they are understanding as to how scared and nerves a person is under these circumstances. There are not words I can say to express how much I appreciate everything Mr. Serpe and his associates have done for me. I now sleep at night not worrying. he is not only kind but smart and knows how to handle everything in a professional but kind manner. I would recommend his office to anyone looking for smart -sharp Lawyer.
