Fantastic Lawyer

I can't even begin to say how thankful I am for choosing Mr. Mcgee and his team at the Mcgee Law Firm to represent me. It was evident in court that Mr. Mcgee had spent years and years of his life dedicated to mastering the art of DWI/DUI defense. I was pulled over for speeding (70/55) and was also ...charged a DWI. From my very first consultation with Mr. Mcgee I could tell how knowledgeable he was on the subject of DWI's. When the time came for me to appear in court I was nervous but I knew I was in the best hands possible. From my point of view, I thought the evidence was stacked against me (police body camera footage of the event). However, Mr. Mcgee was well prepared in my defense and was able to get my DWI dismissed after determining that speeding isn't probable cause for driving while intoxicated and that my performance during the field sobriety tests (with video evidence) wasn't poor enough to merit a DWI conviction. I am so thankful for the Mcgee Law Firm and the 2nd chance they've given me. If you're looking for the best DUI/DWI lawyer, Mr. Mcgee is the man. If you're looking for the most friendly, down-to-earth, easiest person to talk to, Mr. Mcgee is also your man.

Choose Mcgee

McGee was excellent through the entire process and gave me piece of mind and honest excellent legal council. He was able to get my case of .08 dismissed in pretrial motions. He clearly had done his homework. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs legal representation. I am hard to please and ...he exceeded what I even thought was possible!

Fantastic Lawyer

Mr. McGee was a fantastic lawyer. I was charged with a DUI last year and he honestly saved my life. He was honest and always gave me a clear idea of my situation and the possible outcomes. He would email me regularly and call me often to keep me updated with any changes concerning my case. He was alw...ays one step ahead of the game and had great advice for me. Whatever he advised I did. He said go ahead and take Alcohol Awareness classes before I had to appear in court and I did. My charges were dropped because there wasn't enough proable cause to pull me over and Mr. McGee was the one to discover that when I told him the details of my case. Hands down I would recommend for anyone in this same situation.

DWI in Wilmington

Mr. McGee and his staff were great. He helped resolve my DWI case and was very professional and informative. The court/trial process was new to me, and he helped me through it. Mr. McGee got my DWI dismissed. I am very grateful for his help.
