Ladd S. Gasparovic

Ladd brings a diverse skillset and a heart of service to his clientele that has helped him establish himself as a well respected attorney and and business owner.  Ladd began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Guilford County, NC in 2001 immediately upon graduation from law school.  After trying hundreds of cases and handling many thousand more on behalf of the prosection, Ladd moved to southeastern North Carolina in late 2004 and begain private practice. Fast forward 5 years, and by 2009 Ladd had built two successful law practices in Hampstead and in Wilmington, NC, close to Wrightsville Beach.  

Just before the birth of his first child in 2009, Ladd felt the calling to spread his wings and sold the assets of the law firm, Gasparovic & Busby, PA (formerly the Law Office of Ladd Gasparovic, PA) to his partner Charles Busby and friend and colleage Stephen Bailey.  Ladd became the CEO of Stephanie Gasparovic & Associates, Inc. and helped build a real estate team and business that his wife began in 2004, and simultaneously opened a business and real estate consulting company, Real Consulting, Inc.  

Ladd is a lifelong learner and enjoys the growth and developmemnt aspects of the law, real estate and business.  He and his wife Stephanie Gasparovic have two incredible children and are very active in supporting local and national causes that they believe in.
