We are not the cheapest law firm in town. We don't want to be. But we are a group of high performance lawyers devoted to helping their clients. Part of that help is quoting fair fees reflective of our experience and ability as well as the seriousness and complexity of the client's case. We almost always can establish a payment plan that will work for our clients and allow us to be retained in a reasonable time frame. We want to represent the clients that wish to hire us, so we will work to make it managable for all involved. In addition to traditional payment forms of cash and check, we gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, money orders and certified funds. We can also establish allotments which are particularly helpful for our deployed military clients.

Mark Hearp at Beaver Courie Law Firm

As someone unfamiliar with the legal process, Mark Hearp and his team at Beaver Courie Law Firm did a wonderful job with my case. They are extremely professional and highly proficient in their field. The fee to retain Mr. Hearp was more than reasonable and affordable. I called the Beaver Courie firm ...looking for legal representation for a Misdemeanor case for larceny and conspiracy, as a first-time offender. I called and was able to retain Mr. Mark Hearp. He met me at the courthouse and basically told me that he had everything under control and that all I had to do was pay the remaining amount of the retainer. The case was ultimately thrown out with no need to do anything else or pay anything else. The only hang-up is that at times they are hard to reach because they are all swamped, but for their lack of communication, they make up for it with the results. This law firm has my complete and utter confidence. I highly recommend.
