She understands the impact on immigration, having substantial experience in immigration law herself. She is responsive and on point, all the time. More than that, I could tell she really wanted to work with us to ensure that the impact on the client's immigration status was minimized. She is a true professional, and is not afraid to go to court to fight for a client's rights. In one case, she even demonstrated that the government's basis for deporting a client was incorrect, so when the client was later charged with re-entering the US, the government had to admit that the initial deportation findings themselves were flawed. A lot of attorneys would not be able to realize that such distinctions can reduce a criminal sentence, and the impact on an immigration case. We were lucky to have her keen eyes on the case."
