Pulled over for a DUI, James got it dropped for me!

James is very knowledgable, friendly, easy to talk too, no BS/straight shooter. Went to him for my DUI I got in Brunswick county over Azalea Festival weekend. I heard of him through people I work with, being that wilmington in notorious for checkpoints. He was very helpful right from the beginning; ...he got me my work licence, got my TX licence back for me. and had very good arguements and defense when at the time of court. He got my DUI supressed and dropped on all charges, even though I had taken a breath test and blew a .13! I couldn't be happier with my results, and would recommend him to anyone.

Legal Counsel Recommendation

I was a client of James McGee for a complex DWI charge that involved numerous procedural issues by the state. James worked through all the difficulties and continuances by the DA to eventually obtain a dismissal of the charges. He was very knowledgable and used his extensive experience in DWI/DUI la...w to resolve the case in my favor. I highly recommend James McGee.

DWI defense

I recently was charged with DWI after my spouse filed for divorce. My BAC was .08 which is right at the legal limit. Jim McGee responded immediately to me when I called him early on a Sunday morning, and reassured me that he would do all he could to help me with my case. I am in sales and a conv...ition of a DWI would have been extremely negative for my career and future earning opportunities due to the ability to drive company car. Jim was exteremely knowledgable in the DWI/DUI laws in NC, the judges that would potentially hear my case, as well as the arresting officer. Jim was able to ensure I was set up for success and was able to get my case dismissed. I would recommend Jim to anyone without hesitation and with my strongest recommendation. Thanks Jim!

Always trust a professional!

After being charged with a DWI several hours away from home on holiday vacation, I went in search of the best attorney I could find to defend my case. Not being familiar with the area I looked up and contacted the best DWI defense attorney in my area. He gave me Jimmy's name and personally vouched fo...r his experience and qualifications. He assured me he was the man I needed on my side. Upon contacting his office I was guided through the entire process step by step, taking all of the stress off my shoulders. He helped me regain my temporary license and then my permanent one from hundreds of miles away. We met and discussed my case and he gave me realistic expectations regarding the possible outcomes of my charges. When my court date arrived he showed up on time, prepared, and ready to fight for me. His well prepared defense and case study allowed my charges to be dropped by the state in a matter of minutes. James Mcgee is a professional and knowledgeable attorney. He's friendly and easy to work with. His office secretary is on top of her game and was always able to provide the answers I needed when Mr. Mcgee could not be reached. Even had my case not gone my way, I would have been satisfied that my attorney had done everything within his power to provide me the best defense possible. I highly recommend his office to anyone in need of quality DUI / DWI defense.
