November 2016. Having made some bad decisions, drinking and driving, harassing phone calls, I was arrested following the incident. I was blessed, not to be arrested for drinking and driving (which I could have hurt someone) but calls I made, that were taken out of context. I'd never been arrested much less been in trouble. I was very disappointed in myself and remorseful to the plaintiff, however they proceeded to file harassing call charges against me. Feeling, I wanted to be represented, I contacted Charles Post III. Best decision I made! He was extremely understanding and knowledgeable from the beginning. He assured me on day 1, everything would work out. He walked me through the process, was professional, stood by me in court and most of all comforting. Everything did work, he was able to get the plaintiffs to see, I was sorry, and we agreed to no contact, ever. I'm very pleased and GRATEFUL!!!
Thank You Chas!!!
Give Chas a call, you can't go wrong!!!!

Mr. Post's performance in and out of the courtroom was impressive, to say the least. Prior to the case he promptly responded to all my phone calls and meeting requests. Going to his office and dealing with his secretaries was way more personable and enjoyable than one can expect from the situation of having to hire a lawyer and go to court. Once in the courtroom, his research and effort showed in tenfold, with quick and valid counter-statements to the DA's case, backed by multiple examples from prior cases through the years. His professional demeanor and clean, neat appearance conveys that he is there for you and ready to get down to business.

Chas kept us informed throughout the whole process. He allowed us to make monthly payments which was extremely important in our case. Through phone calls, emails and in-office visits he was always there to answer questions for us. His assistant was equally attentive. He knows what he's doing and puts it all up front on what he believes he can do to get the case won. We only had to show up to court two times and then in the end, all DUI and reckless charges dropped. Thank you, Mr. Post, for being a great attorney and being there whenever we needed to get in touch with you.
F. Powers, DUI and DWI Attorney
Relationship: Supervised lawyer
Chas Post embodies the "local boy done good" in Sanford, North Carolina. I know his legal skills and dedication to clients, because I trained him. He's a compassionate advocate, a kind soul and certainly someone we regularly refer clients to for Traffic & Criminal Defense. He's young; but, he's on fire and is willing to help.
Daniel Donahue, Criminal defense Attorney
If you are looking for an advocate who believes that fierce opposition to the great power of the state is the only way to keep our system of justice in check, Attorney Norman "Chas" Post is your man. Mr. Post has courtroom style and charisma that few lawyers, no matter their age, training, or background possess. He is and will continue to prove to be one of the finest lawyers in Lee and surrounding counties. I'm proud to say I know him.
