Best Lawyer Ever

I sought counsel last year when I was stopped for DUI. I had drank a few beers during a poker game the night before. I slept for 7 hours and assumed there was no alcohol left in my system. I was stopped the following day and arrested for DUI/DWI. I immediately hired Mr. McGee Jr. He worked on my... case with relentless vigor. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I recommend him to be an outstanding, informed and exceptional lawyer. He believed in me and took my case to Superior Court. He fought with all he had and won. If your in need of a lawyer, This is your guy!

Jimmy is reliable and goes out of his way for every client. He is very knowledgeable and really cares. He has been doing this for a while and will get you the best outcome possible. He makes himself available at all hours to make sure each client is taken care of.

I highly recommend the Mcgee Lawfirm

I have been a client of Mr. James Mcgee for over 3 years now. I was arrested for DWI several years ago, and immediately saught legal councel. After speaking with several attorneys in the area, a brief conversation with Mr. Mcgee insured I would be making the correct decision in highering him, He was ...extremely knowledgable, understanding, and clearly supportive of ensuring I had the best possible outcome. My case lasted over 2 and a half years due to my deployment schedule, and I was only charged what I was originally quoted. Each time I had a question, concern, or just wanted general information about my case, Mr. Mcgee, and his paralegal were quick with an informative, detailed response. My DWI case is now closed, but I still seek out the Mcgee Lawfirm for answers to any questions I have legal related. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Mcgee for your legal needs.

Could not be happier with my results

As a rising senior at UNCW, I was devastated by being charged with DWI. I worried that an immature decision would negatively impact my future career goals. A family friend recommended Jim and I am so thankful I took the advice. I could not be happier with my results. Jim not only got my case dism...issed due to lack of probable cause but he also recently had it expunged from my record. I highly suggest hiring Jim as an attorney for any offense but especially DWI.

Stress relief

Yes I got a DUI and the last thing I needed was someone looking down on me. Mr McGee was sympathetic, understanding and to the point all while maintaining a professional demeanor that helped me to relax and know that my case was in good hands. He gave me plenty of his time and I never felted rushed... or that I asked stupid questions. Same goes for the girl in his office. I had to call a few times and every time she was pleasant and knowledgeable. My case is still pending but even if things don't bend in my favor The McGee law firm has made this entire ordeal less painful.
