Very helpful!

Michael helped my wife and I with our immigration case. He and his office were extremely helpful, informative, and honest throughout the entire process. He always was quick to answer all of our questions/concerns via email even at odd hours of the day! We could not be happier about our experience wit...h his practice. Best Immigration Lawer

Michael and Olivia helped me to get a greencard through marriage. I was really stressed out and worried because we were not living together after marriage. We were not living together due to my lease in Ann Arbor. My husband was living in Chicago Suburbs. Michael assured me not to worry because it is... not as complicated as it looks. This made me feel so much better. Since I know he is a very experienced lawyer. After we started working, all we had to do was submit documents that were required. This helped us to navigate all the process so clear and easy. In addition, Michael and Olivia is very open about where the money is going. I know that finance is another factor in picking immigration lawyer! Please every cent is worth it! I GOT MY GREEN CARD BY THE WAY=D More importantly, with Trump being in office, The travel ban has been on and off and he e-mailed us right away on what to do and what to avoid. That helped clear a lot of things different media sources were saying. Thank you Michael and Olivia for your services!! I will definitely use their service again for extending my green card for 10 years and my citizenship EVEN THOUGH I AM IN CHICAGO!

He helped us every step of the way

When my wife and I visited Michael Carlin's office a little over a year ago, we were desperate. We had been in a long distance relationship for nearly two years (I'm a US citizen, she is a Canadian citizen) and we're struggling to navigate the legal maze of immigration forms, rules, and fees keeping ...us apart. Michael was well informed and experienced with just this kind of situation and sat with us for over and hour, listening to our story and offering multiple solutions toward US residency clearly and in as much detail as we needed. From there, he took care of us every step of the way, keeping us informed, at ease, and ahead of the game. In just over a year, the process was complete and my wife and I are now happily together. We know for a fact that we wouldn't be where we are now if it weren't for him. We highly, highly recommend him.

Outstanding Immigration Lawyer

I would rate Micahel 10 stars if it were possible. His help exceeded all my expectations. I hired Michael to help with my wife's application for permanent residence. When we first met, he explained the steps and the expected responses we could get from USCIS. Everything went exactly as he predic...ted. We overcame past difficulties due to an unscrupulous former attorney, and errors made by US Immigration. His work for us was incredibly thorough and detailed. He was persistent in getting things done and petitions filed for us. He communicated with us frequently about the responses from USCIS and gave us ample guidance about what we needed to do. I give Michael the highest possible recommendation!!
