Best lawyer in A2.

When you find yourself in the need to have someone represent you so that your immigration status doesn’t become a major problem, you need to make sure you select a lawyer who will be caring and attentive and knowledgeable and overall, good in what he does. Michael Carlin was exactly that. He showe...d he genuinely cared for the results to my application to be successful and therefore he did everything in his power so that’d be the case. He was responsive to my emails in within seconds pretty much. I didn’t have to live with worries because he took the time to respond to my concerns right away. He also clarified all things that made no sense to me. He was very knowledgeable and offered explanations with details to things I would have not known otherwise.

Awesome experience, smooth process

My spouse and I applied for the removal of conditions and naturalization with help of Michael and his team, and I am happy to say not only we got both forms approved, our anxiety during the process was much less consuming that it would be without the guidance and support of the team. The paralegal... worked closely with me filling up the forms, explained everything, sent all my forms on my behalf. They would always send emails with updates, and were patient and thorough. I heard of Michael's firm on the radio: he actually took an immigration case to the Supreme Court of the US, and won it, so I instantly felt like that's the best office I can find in the area. Finally, when I was on the roll of "what if-s" and stopped by the office to sign my forms, Michael personally gave his insight on the process, on my particular situation, and on how everything works. He was also always in touch, and I barely had to wait for his responses when corresponding. Loved it all. Plus, comparing to many lawyers in Washtenaw and Oakland counties, the price won't kill you. Yay, I am about to become the citizen!

He helped us every step of the way

When my wife and I visited Michael Carlin's office a little over a year ago, we were desperate. We had been in a long distance relationship for nearly two years (I'm a US citizen, she is a Canadian citizen) and we're struggling to navigate the legal maze of immigration forms, rules, and fees keeping ...us apart. Michael was well informed and experienced with just this kind of situation and sat with us for over and hour, listening to our story and offering multiple solutions toward US residency clearly and in as much detail as we needed. From there, he took care of us every step of the way, keeping us informed, at ease, and ahead of the game. In just over a year, the process was complete and my wife and I are now happily together. We know for a fact that we wouldn't be where we are now if it weren't for him. We highly, highly recommend him.

Excellent Lawyer

Michael and Olivia are excellent. He helped my husband and I through the immigration process. I'm American and my husband is British. Without their help we probably would have been lost on what to do pertaining to paperwork and procedures. He was always there to answer any questions no matter if it w...as minor or major. He was very prompt on replying to email even outside normal business hours. His commitment to helping you get through the process is commendable. His explanation of every step of the process was with knowledge and explained so you can understand what is happening. Thanks to Michael and Olivia's due diligence my husband will be here at the end of February, only 10 months after filing. I highly recommend his firm. We are very satisfied clients.
