Mr. Ben Dacin helped me to stay in the U.S.

I was in immigration jail and lost all my hope. Mr. Ben Dacin came to the jail and he told me he can help me get out and be with my family. He kept his word and went to court where he got me a bond out of jail and now he is applying for me for cancellation of removal. He also got me a work permit so ...now I can support my family in the legal way. I cannot thank this man enough, he has given me new hope in my life!

Excellent, Thank you!

Love Ben, A simple call and a letter fixed my problem in 3 days. I spent 6 months trying to resolve it on my own. I thought it would cost me to much to go to a Lawyer, But it didn't Thank you Ben! President: First Resource Heating and Air Cosmin

Ben kept me in Michigan

I am from Europe, but I have my green card. And I have a really good job. I was hanging around my cousin and he had drugs in his car. Long story short, I got a charge and I plead to it. 3 months later I was getting deported. Ben helped me out, and got me out of it. He even worked with me on a paymen...t plan. He is really good, and he knows how to deal with the government and the judges.

Good immigration lawyer, very smart, very nice

Mr. Benjamin is a good immigration lawyer, he helped me and my husband with a very difficult asylum situation, he knows the laws very well and he helped us come from Honduras. We were persecuted over there and nobody was willing to help us with our situation, only Mr. Benjamin can help us. I just wan...t to say thank you and to tell all immigrants that he is a good man and a very good immigration attorney who will listen to you and give you the best advice.

Experienced, Courteous, and Professional

Ben Dacin represented my IT business in getting employee authorizations for us. He is a very knowledgeable attorney who knows the immigration laws and gives his clients personalized and superior service. He always kept in contact with me and let me know what was going on in the case and was very help...ful and kind whenever I would ask him questions, which I did many times, believe me! I would heartily recommend Ben to any person with immigration needs.
