One of the worse’s attorneys law group I’ve ever seen or heard. The whole stuff is unresponsive as well as uneducated people surrounding her. She probably is the same as her stuff as well. Very poor communication with clients. They set up an appointment for today at 11 am. When I called for zoom she asked me to pay which is I did and she kept saying that I have the link in my email address but it wasn’t there I even checked my junk folders. However she puts me on hold and few minutes later she is telling me provide a card number so she can reimburse the fund. She said Carrie is not going to take this zoom call. From the beginning when I called this morning,her secretary with awful English tried to blame me for something like she was saying Mrs. Caridat was waiting for you, meaning like I late for appointment I called at exact 11 am as the scheduled.
