also known as Jeff Devore
I have been practicing immigration law exclusively for over 30 years and represent clients throughout the United States and around the globe.
I am one of approximately 70 attorneys Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality law by The Florida Bar (out of over 100,000 licensed attorneys in Florida) and specialize in assisting foreign nationals who want to live and work in the United States and companies that wish to employ them. I represent clients throughout the United States and around the world.
I am AV® Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which indicates very high to preeminent legal ability and very high ethical standards as established by confidential opinions from members of the Bar. I have also been recognized as an expert in immigration law by the Florida Courts, have litigated several cases against the Departments of State, Justice and Homeland Security in Federal Court and have written extensively on United States immigration and naturalization matters.
In addition to being a member of The Florida Bar, I am admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Fifth, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the Northern District of Texas, the District of Colorado, the Western District of Tennessee and the District of Columbia.

Jeff, Luciana and the team at Devore Law group were outstanding! I had a very sensitive case that went wrong because of a previous law firm I use and Jeff completely turned my case around and fixed everything with me resulting in my green card approval. I would highly recommend Devore Law Group.
