Biography
As a Criminal Defense and Immigration Law Office, Fighting For Freedom & Liberty Is All We Do. Attorney Mani Khavajian enrolled in law school with the intention of becoming an Immigration and Criminal Defense Attorney. Mr. Khavajian immigrated to the United States (U.S.) in 1987 when he was only five years old. During his sophomore year of high school, Mr. Khavajian became a U.S. citizen. Mr. Khavajian obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and went on to receive his doctorate degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Mr. Khavajian gained exposure to the area of immigration law as the research assistant for Immigration Law Professor David C. Koelsch. As a law student, Mr. Khavajian received the prestigious Book Award for his exceptional performance in the Asylum Law Clinic. With a focus on the areas of Criminal Defense and Deportation Defense, Mr. Khavajian fights for freedom and liberty on a daily basis. Growing up as an immigrant in the U.S. has given Attorney Mani Khavajian a unique understanding of the problems many immigrants face in the U.S. Mr. Khavajian's unique immigrant upbringing and prospective has allowed him the opportunity to develop creative legal solutions to many problems that plague our communities.
