Wonderful Experience

Mike was a wonderful ally to have throughout my family's immigration process. He explained the process thoroughly, answered all of our questions promptly, was quick with all communications, and followed through with each step. Best lawyer in A2.

When you find yourself in the need to have someone represent you so that your immigration status doesn’t become a major problem, you need to make sure you select a lawyer who will be caring and attentive and knowledgeable and overall, good in what he does. Michael Carlin was exactly that. He showe...d he genuinely cared for the results to my application to be successful and therefore he did everything in his power so that’d be the case. He was responsive to my emails in within seconds pretty much. I didn’t have to live with worries because he took the time to respond to my concerns right away. He also clarified all things that made no sense to me. He was very knowledgeable and offered explanations with details to things I would have not known otherwise.

Awesome experience, smooth process

My spouse and I applied for the removal of conditions and naturalization with help of Michael and his team, and I am happy to say not only we got both forms approved, our anxiety during the process was much less consuming that it would be without the guidance and support of the team. The paralegal... worked closely with me filling up the forms, explained everything, sent all my forms on my behalf. They would always send emails with updates, and were patient and thorough. I heard of Michael's firm on the radio: he actually took an immigration case to the Supreme Court of the US, and won it, so I instantly felt like that's the best office I can find in the area. Finally, when I was on the roll of "what if-s" and stopped by the office to sign my forms, Michael personally gave his insight on the process, on my particular situation, and on how everything works. He was also always in touch, and I barely had to wait for his responses when corresponding. Loved it all. Plus, comparing to many lawyers in Washtenaw and Oakland counties, the price won't kill you. Yay, I am about to become the citizen!

Outstanding Immigration Lawyer

I would rate Micahel 10 stars if it were possible. His help exceeded all my expectations. I hired Michael to help with my wife's application for permanent residence. When we first met, he explained the steps and the expected responses we could get from USCIS. Everything went exactly as he predic...ted. We overcame past difficulties due to an unscrupulous former attorney, and errors made by US Immigration. His work for us was incredibly thorough and detailed. He was persistent in getting things done and petitions filed for us. He communicated with us frequently about the responses from USCIS and gave us ample guidance about what we needed to do. I give Michael the highest possible recommendation!!

Excellent immigration lawyer

Michael is an excellent, thorough and very professional immigration lawyer. He handled my sister and brother in law's family based immigration successfully after initially being refused by the NCIS. He was able to complete and send the required paperwork within a week before his vacation. When we rec...eived a government response, he even contacted us while he was out of the office to answer our questions. I would highly recommend him and use his services again. Thanks to him, our family will soon be reunited!
