Highly Recommended Lawyer

My husband and I hired Mr. Carlin after attempting to complete the immigration process by ourselves and having difficulties in doing so. Upon initially meeting Mr. Carlin, we were impressed with how knowledgeable he was while presenting us with our options. He was kind and it was evident right away ...that he was a very genuine person. He was personable, professional and was thorough on making sure we had all the information we needed for the immigration process to run smoothly. Also, he was very patient with how anxious I was and diligently kept us up to date on the latest information regarding our case. He more than exceeded our expectation and we are truly appreciative of all his help. We would highly recommend Mr. Carlin!

Always honest, proficient, and professional.

We (my wife and myself) hired Mr. Carlin to help us with my wife's immigration from Hong Kong to the USA. His price was extremely reasonable, his service was always professional and skilled, and in the end my wife received her green card. We would give our highest recommendation to Mr. Carlin as we f...eel his service to us was exceptional. Our case was difficult, involving the "Adam Walsh Act". Mr. Carlin was always honest with us about the difficulties we faced and the odds involved. He was NOT dismissive of our questions or our concerns and he ALWAYS took the time to explain complex matters to us - often responding via email after regular office hours so we wouldn't have to worry overnight about things. We have several friends with difficult AWA immigration issues similar to our own - friends that paid three or four times more than we did to slick lawyers who made bold claims - friends who are still waiting to get the kind of results from their fancy lawyers that we received from Mr. Carlin's services. If you are considering an immigration attorney, I have never met one better than Michael Carlin.

Review of Mr.Michael H. Carlin's Exceptional Work as an Attorney

Mr Carlin is my representative in the immigration case for myself and my daughter. It was a difficult and complex immigration case, where his help was extremely needed. Me and my daughter were not in the USA at the moment of filing the petition, what made the case even more complicated. Also, it is p...robably an unusual example - quite unique, actually...I was a self-petitioning battered and abused spouse of an American citizen, trying to receive the Green Cards for myself and a little daughter. Since we started our official cooperation, Mr Carlin has been absolutely incredible. The effort, help, knowledge, and support which he presents, is priceless. He is an amazing professional in his field of work. I can recommend his service without a doubt - Mr Carlin is a fantastic attorney, who will be there for you at all times, and will assist you making sure that he puts a 100% of his effort in order to represent and help you with your case. I was truly lucky to find a great professional I can work with - a better one would be really hard to find. As my confirmation and reassurance for his future potential clients, I would only like to add that thanks to the wonderful involvement of Mr Michael Carlin, and his help, me and my daughter have indeed received the Green Cards, and have been happily back in the USA. We are also very grateful to Mr Carlin for staying in contact with us, and making sure that all of the necessary official requirements are fulfilled, and that our immigration case is always taken care of! Very reliable

Mr. Carlin was very knowledgeable and professional. He made is easier for us to handle a task that seemed very intimidating and formidable. He kept us up to date. In spite of some setbacks on our part he was very patient with us. He always responded promptly to all our questions and continues to do s...o till this date. He even assisted me in changing the date of my immigration interview which coincided with a very important school matter.
