Steven W. Gardner

Steven Warshaw Gardner, Attorney at Law, was born in Walterboro, South Carolina in 1952. After early education, Mr. Gardner graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree including studies in chemistry, biology and humanities.

Mr. Gardner studied at the Potomac School of Law and received the distinction of membership of the Potomac School Law Review.

Prior to and while in law school, Mr. Gardner worked in the trucking/transportation industry while performing outside extracurricular work assisting lawyers in Washington, DC. Mr. Gardner’s experience in the trucking transportation industry includes experience as safety manager, Vice President and President of operations for a large interstate trucking company.

Through real world work experience, Mr. Gardner gained valuable insight regarding the operational levels and dynamics within large organizations. Mr. Gardner oversaw safety division and risk analysis operations. He observed the factors and results of negligent behavior and witnessed its consequences upon others. Mr. Gardner then chartered operations of an Interstate Transportation Brokerage firm.

Mr. Gardner was admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia in 1979, prior to graduating from law school. He is admitted for practice in the United States Court of Appeals,  for the 11th Circuit Court Of Appeals,  in all State and Superior Courts of the State of Georgia, and in the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia. In 1985, Mr. Gardner directed his effort in the practice of law to recovering damages in catastrophic injuries in the area of personal injury and workers compensation. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Association for Justice  Association, the Workers’ Compensation Claimants’ Lawyers Association, and other organizations designed to recover compensation  for injured victims.

Mr. Gardner pledges to represent only injured victims. Mr. Gardner has represented hundreds of individuals who have suffered serious injury resulting from the acts of others. Mr. Gardner and  attorneys associated with Mr. Gardner have represented clients throughout the state of Georgia  involving Automobile Accidents, Medical Malpractice cases, Workers’  Compensation cases, and various injury cases.
