This website has finally added my favorite area of practice which is consumer rights. My passion is helping consumers exercise their rights to fair treatment in the marketplace. You don't have to accept deception and unfair treatment from credit card companies, mortgage companies, car dealers, or any other vendor or service provider. Preventing bankruptcy makes me smile.
I have been a Level 20 contributor on this site for many years. For reasons unknown to me, Avvo has decided to reduce me to a Level 1 contributor.
I am a veteran (regular Army) 1973-1976. I lived and worked in Nigeria 1981-1984.

Student Loan Co Sign case
Lu Ann did an amazing job on my case. I Consigned a student loan for me wife’s friend and over time he defaulted. I was served with a lawsuit saying I owed over 17k for this defaulted loan.
