just wanted to drop in and say that I saw your response on someone asking about a vehicle forfeited from a 2nd DUI. you went in really hard and absolutely unprofessional saying how they have done it 100s of time and just got caught and how they need A 12 STEP PROGRAM. all this judgment from someone... who gave you 1 paragraph of information. they didn't even say details of the charges, and you were just a total B (can you guess the last letters?) I have no idea why you are a criminal defense attorney with such awful 'bedside manner'. as a CDA you should know many people are WRONGFULLY being charged every day. It is a serious issue in Minnesota. You disgust me. And I really hope people see your response and don't go to you. THE JUDGEMENT like you're some queen looking down on those lowly people who 'commit crimes'. You absolutely should switch careers. Sincerely, someone WRONGFULLY charged with a DUI, I WAS SOBER. I will win my case i already have a lawyer with compassion. Anyway, your response is the first I've ever seen from a CDA that is so despicable and judgemental. Shame on you. How about you make a mistake and then see how you're judged. Anyway just wanted to drop a note to say you're a disappointment to the profession.
